I listed a max strength of adept level spells. I feel that that is good grounds. [@Ollumhammersong][@ArenaSnow]

I’m thinking that only Mage characters can have initial Adept level powers.
Warriors, Rogues, Rangers, and Alchemists could start at Apprentice level, and Barbarians would be planted at Novice level spells IF ANY.
