At exactly 5'11, Sam stands slightly above the crowd. His wavy brown hair is kept at a decent length, away from his chestnut brown eyes. Unless the occasion calls for contacts, he's often seen wearing glasses. He weighs in at around 162 lbs, and being on the thin side, his clothes sometimes feel a bit big on him, even if they look fine. Born in Denver, Colorado, Sam lived in a family of four, as the first born son of a banker and a somewhat successful actor. Sam was the one to take care of his younger sibling, his sister Josie, since their parents were often out, their jobs absorbing much of their time. Sam always had a curious mind, which aided in his studies in school. He didn't have perfect grades, especially when it came to subjects like English, as his social awkwardness made pubic speaking difficult for him.  When the day came that was to head out to University, his mother quit her job as an actor to take over the care of his sister, meaning he had no need to worry about how his sister would fare.


University was one of the most peaceful times in his life, as he no longer had to worry about anyone but himself, and his grades in Biology and other related subjects swiftly rose, as his studies in Biotechnology began. He wanted to recreate humanity, in fact, it had been his goal since childhood. Humans were always in a rush, so what if he extended their lifespans? Maybe he could force humanity to evolve ahead of time? With his goal in mind, his time in University passed quickly, and within four years, he had his Ph.D. 


He applied to several research facilities, however, he got a reply from a site he hadn't applied to, in fact, he wasn't even aware of it's existence until he received the invitation. [u]ᴘ ᴇ ʀ s ᴏ ɴ ᴀ ʟ ɪ ᴛ ʏ[/u]
Although his intelligence is rather high, Sam spent many of his years studying and caring for his sister, so he never had any friends, nor the time for them. He has little idea of how to act around others, so he always sounds like he's plotting somebody's death when he speaks to others. Being asexual, he holds no feelings of sexual desire towards others, though he is perfectly capable of falling in love, though the facility is the first place he's had time to even breath in.

He's often thinking about new ways to genetically engineer new mutations in humans, and can often be found "Moping About" when an experiment fails to yield results. He actually holds a surprisingly amount of empathy for the subjects, though he rarely shows it, and is far more attached to them then he should be.

He's a listener over a talker, and thinks before he acts, so he's often hesitant to proceed with particularly dangerous tasks, with good reason.
