[@VitaVitaAR] Well, that considered, try PMing him. Still doesn't respond, NPC his character and just make a quick interaction post. You are GM after all and if him not responding risks killing the rp, you're well within your power to do what's needed.

I don't like the idea of controlling another person's character but I think it's pretty understandable to do with the current circumstances.
