His short, unkempt black hair is accompanied by a medium-brown hat. Has a fair complexion and rather squinty baby greens. While used on occasion, Cal has a notable pair of black glasses. What makes Cal stand out amongst his peers is that his postman attire is covered with a brown poncho draped over his shoulders. He does temporarily part with it along with his hat when he travels, as to not be blown away by the wind. Both his parents loved him so, he was properly edified, and a mostly unperturbed childhood. Most was well, except for one thing, which started as a small dent in their family's relationship and, in due course, unfurled as a big hole. Cal's workaholic father wasn't around much, in account of his work and having to constantly switch to faraway workplaces. His mother had to quit her own work in order to take care of their son. Still, Cal longed for the days when his father would return home, and his faith in him never wavered. And supposedly, so did his mother. Eventually, the company his father worked for promoted him and became one of its leaders. He grew even more invested and passionate in his line of work. The days that he would come home became even less. And this meant that they grew more and more distant; not only physically, but emotionally as well. This culminated in an unfortunate fallout, and then divorce. Obligated to stay with his mother, there was no longer a reason to stay in Cornwell and the two of them moved to the small island of Erusea, where his mother's family resided. A few months have passed since they moved at the island, and Cal's mother was even more downcast than before after their divorce. Realization struck not too long after: measures could have been made to prevent their separation in the first place, which they weren't able to do. His mother's progressively wavering faith and accumulating impatience, his father's extremely skewed priorities, and his own inability to take action. A letter and package arrived at the family's doorstep on Cal's 18th birthday, courtesy of the Erusean Mail Services, and it came from none other than his father; the first time he's ever done so to communicate with them. The letter in summary pertained to how deeply regretful he was, how he misses the two of them, and how he wished things returned to normal. It was clear that the his parents still truly loved each other, despite their remoteness. The package came with a clean, brown hat and poncho, which he immediately recognized; the plain-looking but rather expensive leather garments that he really liked but wasn't able to afford before. Slowly but surely, the family's relationship mended itself, letter by letter that had been passed back and forth. After everything that had transpired, despair and hope alike, Cal had realized the grave importance a letter holds, and how keeping in touch with loved ones was paramount. As he waited for the day that his mother and father would reconcile and re-marry, Cal has decided to become a postman for the Erusean Mail Service as a start; to make sure that each letter, with everything that it entails, was securely passed on to their recipients. He was resolved to explore his boundaries, live his life to the fullest by making bonds, while offering a helping hand to those in need along the way.
[sub]Relationships[/sub]
To be determined later throughout the roleplay.
[sub]Other[/sub]
None at the moment, really.

Here's mine, chief.
