Yurei

The light magical girl awoke the next day at the same time as the day before, and again every day. A pleasant surprise to find the other girls working with such gusto, she had to promise herself to put in the extra effort herself. She didn't have much going on at home; so she was able to spend the time without it being in conflict with anything else. Though her parents noticed her absence more, they were glad their daughter was able to make friends so easily. It was weird to her how behind their backs this felt, but what could she say? Even on the first day Yurei met with the other light girls, she was able to integrate fairly easily. She made quick work any scrapes and bruises that even came close to striking her comrades, and was even able to cleanse a few nightmares herself as the opportunity presented itself. Even with all the extra work they did, Yurei was able to keep them in top shape during each of the nights; making sure they were even ready for more by the time she had to call it in and return home. Before she knew it, a week had passed; and she, with the rest of the girls, were invited to celebrate. Naturally, she accepted as quickly as she could. It took some convincing of her parents, but they let her go; as a test run for any and all future outings. She'd have to be extra careful to return home promptly, but she wasn't concerned. And there Alara stood. The entrance to the bar just before her as she eagerly hurried in. It was obviously cold outside, and it was invading her paid for space. At least she wasn't sick, not yet. She turned on the heater and snuggled up close wrapped in a huge blanket. It was going to be a long week. Any time she felt like punching someone in the face, she'd look outside just to see the light magical girls cleaning up the town. "Tch, why are they hogging all the fun.... EH, its too cold anyways." Her free time mostly consisted of huddling under a blanket with a book in her hands. So much time, so little to do. Oh, and she went shopping. It'd be rood to come completely empty handed, after all.
