Well, this is a fine situation I've gotten myself into... Nozomi was being held at gunpoint after paying for her "car insurance". Her life as a detective has made her used to the dangers of crime, but typically not as a hostage. I should have never helped him...my lasagna is going to get cold...How long does this have to be anyway? She glanced at the man holding her hostage. He seems calmer than the average criminal. I feel like this isn't his first rodeo. The police were nearby, trying to find the best way to end the situation. Hopefully, a hero would stop by. I should be fine. Killing me will only make things worse for him. She turned her quirk on, viewing the recent past. So...he can make toys come to life? Hm...good to know. She looked past the police and noticed a familiar face behind them. Her daughter was looking at the bank, eyes filled with worry. Her stomach dropped. Nozomi had downplayed the danger her job sometimes entailed, so that her family wouldn't get too worried. She generally did a good job of it, but now... Oh Toki...I'm sorry you had to see this. Suddenly, she found herself shoved to the ground. The hell? Glass shattered everywhere and all hell was breaking loose. Welp, time to get out of here. Nozomi crawled behind a large pillar. Spikes were flying around and it was clear she couldn't use the front door. How do I get out now?
