As a Saber, Raikou manifests as the super-serious defender of the Imperial Capital, the leader of the Minamoto clan who carries on her shoulders a heavy responsibility. As an intelligent commander and pillar of virtue, she carries herself with great pride in her strength and position, looking down upon the immoral and deceitful as nothing more than insects to be crushed beneath her heel. However while she may appear as a calm and ruthless warrior, she quickly shows a patient and caring side towards those she likes, perhaps out of a desire to relieve her own deep-seated loneliness. Those who do accept her for what she is, she treasures beyond all else.
Though she has no capital to defend in this war, she still retains a desire to "protect," and will defend her Master against any threat, no matter the cost. For Raikou, this includes protecting them from their own sinful nature, and quickly dealing with any scum who would seek to cheat or manipulate them. These strong instincts can make her difficult to control at times, but at heart, her loyalty is unbreakable.

[b]Class Skills:[/b]
- [u]Magic Resistance B[/u]: Cancels spells with a chant of less than three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, she is unlikely to be affected.
- [u]Riding A+[/u]: All vehicles and all creatures up to the level of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast can be used as mounts.
- [u]Divinity C[/u]: Raikou was born as the heaven-sent child of Gozu Tennou, so she possesses the Divinity Skill.
- [u]Madness Enhancement E[/u]: The root of the mental degradation that affects her in other classes. Beyond her somewhat overprotective nature, this has no effect.

[b]Personal Skills:[/b]
- [u]Eternal Arms Mastership A+[/u]: The dexterity of combat arts performed to the extremes. Prevents the degradation of fighting skills no matter the kind of circumstances, even if she loses her armaments, etc.
- [u]Mana Burst (Lightning) A[/u]: Mana Burst is the increase in performance caused by infusing one's weapons and body with Magical Energy and instantly expelling it. Because Gozu Tennou is the incarnation of Śakra (the god Indra), Minamoto no Raikou possesses the power of Kitano Tenjin (Raijin) over thunder and lightning. As a Servant, it is expressed as a Mana Burst Skill. 
- [u]Mystery Slayer A[/u]: The declaration that she was the strongest Mystery Slayer of the Heian period becoming a Skill. Allows her to rapidly analyze and counter abilities based on 'mystery,' such as magical weapons, divine power, and nonhuman physiology.

   [u]Effects[/u]: A long blade understood to be the greatest of Japan's five most celebrated swords. A peerless weapon that magnifies Raikou's strength and swordsmanship.
However, its true nature is something darker: not an honorable blade of 'war' but a murderous blade of 'execution' that slew an intoxicated Shuten Douji. Once its true name is released, it will unleash a killing strike the instant the enemy lets their guard down or takes their eyes off the blade. Ordinarily, Servants with high Endurance or great defensive skill have a chance of surviving this attack, but those with 'Evil' alignment will be struck down no matter what.
