Rhazii brought his hand behind his neck and gave a tense grin. "Yeah, I'm a Cathay," he said, almost as if it were an admission. "Uh...nice to meet you again." Fendros smiled. "He's like a bean sprout. Leave him alone for five minutes with some food and water and he outgrows you." He held his hand out.
