Gale woke up excited for the day. Today was the first day of classes at U.A. After everything that happened over the past few days, he felt a stronger drive to become a hero. He put his uniform on and stared at himself in the mirror. He couldn't help but smile looking at himself at his reflection. Running downstairs, his parents met him a the bottom of the step. His mother was holding his book bag. "I'm really proud of you," she said smiling handing him the book bag. "Thanks mom," Gale replied returning her smile. He grabbed the bag and threw it over his shoulder. "You're going to be great," he dad said placing a firm hand on his son's shoulder. "Nothing less," Gale said. He hugged his parents before walking out the door. Walking onto the campus as a student felt different versus walking on as a potential student. He felt that he belonged here now. All of the hard work he put into his training would finally pay off. He was excited to learn from actual pro heroes. The hallways were extremely clean and bright. The lights glowed brightly. Uniformed students walked around chatting with their newly acquainted friends, each trying to get over the initial excitement of being a student at the prestigious school. Gale felt himself in the same boat as them. On the way to his classroom, he saw Alexa. He had not seen her since the provisional exam. He walked behind her and tapped her on the shoulder. "Hey there," he said with a huge grin on his face, "Looks like we're in the same class huh." Alexa turned her head slowly and gave Gale her best nervous smile. Him saying “Hey” made her think of the adult Manga and the main guys flirty text. She fought not to run away from her old friend. “H-hi Gale.” The statement was followed by nervous laughter and the scratching behind her head. He looked so official in his uniform. It was really cool. “It seems so. A-are you nervous about it?”
