[@RC3]uhh, I don't know. The talent is just there because it fit. It doesn't neccessary need a development. But IC wise, maybe providing soothing background music and let me to have something to write with? Like that is really it. Unless there is somekind of dungeon that test its participants with music theory, I doubt Rizz's talents are going to have much use aside providing music in the background.
