Born out of wedlock, Felix and his five siblings were raised by his Spanish mother in Barcelona. Their mother worked as a prostitute, often bringing her clients to their small home in [i]El Raval[/i]. Felix was the youngest of the six, leaving him with little responsibilities and duties. While his three older brothers worked in factories or the port and his two sisters cleaned the homes of the upper-class people, Felix was left to wander the city with little to no supervision. By the age of 7, Felix made a bit of coin by pickpocketing tourists that came to his little district. More often than not, he was in trouble with shop owners too for stealing. Some even knew his face well that they would throw things at him to drive little Felix away from their shop. 

On his 8th birthday, Felix decided to sneak into one of the spice warehouses in the port to steal a few sacks of spice and sell it when one of the guards caught him. Panicked, Felix tried to pry free from the muscled arms. He kicked and cried with all his might until the man's arms were forced open by some kind of force. The 8-year-old took the opportunity to flee with a single sack of spice. He didn't think of it much after that until a few years later when he was caught pickpocketing an English tourist. He thought he was going to get thrown in jail or get his hands cut off for stealing, but the man asked him where his home was and took him back to his mother. The man, Edgar Kinsley, offered his mother to take him in and offered a large sum of money to her. Her mother, with another child on the way, agreed and said her brief goodbye to her child. She knew Felix would be better off in England with a wealthy man like Mr. Kinsley.

Only 12 years old, Felix made the trip to England with Mr. Kinsley and a translator. Once there he was placed under the care of a family close to the crown. The Hansfords adopted him and took care of him while he was educated in English literature, maths, and science. He was groomed to be the perfect English man. While this was happening, Kinsley explained to him that Felix had been born with a unique ability that needed to be unlocked, controlled, and put to use. With little option, Felix agreed to military training, something Mr. Kinlsey greatly encouraged. Just a few months in, Felix was starting to manipulate objects near him. The first instance was when his combat teacher threw a punch towards him, but Felix stopped the fist from reaching his face. Thunderstruck, Felix began to experiment with more scenarios. Using trial and error, Felix was able to exercise his abilities and let them grow. The resources from Kinsley and the Hansford family allowed him to grow into a capable man and soldier. By 1854, Felix was enrolled in the "UnHoly" Army to fight in the war against the Russians. HIs ability to fight with and without his power shone in the battlefield to his commanding officers. When The Queen's Hand was formed, Felix was one of the first to be put in the Operations Department. 

Growing up under such a privilege, Felix was also able to discover other things other than his abilities. While his abilities were known to those around him, he was not seen as an absolute monster by those close to him. It was something that the public knew, as much as they were wary they accepted him. On the other hand, the feelings he discovered for certain people would not be as accepted as his ability to levitate a glass of water.

	[*][i]A few examples of this are; being able to hold an object in place, levitation, alter an object's direction and force, manipulate an object's movements against their will, use weapons without touching them, and throw an object away or towards him. [/i]
	[*][i]He can sense when someone or something is close to him, according to his study, it has a radius of 5 centimeters.[/i] 
	[*][i]Felix has been experimenting with his ability since he discovered them and is not afraid to try new things at the expense of others.[/i]

	[*][i]While using his power, Felix is limited to line of sight. He is required to see an object in order to influence it or manipulate it.[/i]
	[*][i]There is a weight limit to Felix's ability. While he is able to levitate a person, he is unable to make a train wagon for more than two seconds. Using his ability on a heavy objects leaves him exhausted.[/i]
	[*][i]His ability also has a range limit. He has conducted several tests and his range, for now, is 250 yards. It was just 50 when he first discovered his ability.[/i]
