[@Sazama] Summoned out of thin air, but with a concentration time. And most items would have a bit of a downside, although their upsides are really strong. Here, I'll list a few. Cookie if you can guess what I'm basing it off of xD. Sendvich: A simple bread, 5 meat, 3 cheese, lettuce tomato sandwich with an olive toothpick holding it together. Eating the Sendvich allows one to nearly instantly heal from grievous wounds including burns and gunshot wounds! Just watch those holes close in mere seconds! However wonderful the Sendvich is, it can't reattach lost limbs. Creating the Sendvich takes a long period of concentration. The Sendvich has a few downsides. First, when one is made anyone not aware of what it is will covet it far more than other spawned food items and will do whatever they can to get their hands on it to eat. Secondly anyone who eats the Sendvich may become addicted to it, losing concentration and only thinking about the Sendvich for a time and will have no taste for any food that isn't the Sendvich until their obsession recedes. The Sendvich loses all of its powers if it gets too wet, and it will perish faster than most food items if not eaten in time. shokolad Bar: A simple large bar of chocolate. Eating this bar of chocolate will heal minor wounds and increase the vitality of whoever eats it. Requires only a little bit of concentration. The downside of eating the Shokolad bar is that eating too many in a short time period may lead to unexpected weight gain and a great distaste for chocolate. Unlike other food items, the Shokolad bar doesn't perish and enemies do not covet it. And stuff like that. These are the healy items, there will be a few more that give attack/defensive buffs or are more for enemies. global downside of foods is that ANYONE can gain their effects, you must eat the entire food item to gain its effects, and only one of each food can be out at once. Not sure what personal harm if any it should cause the character to make these items.
