Given the jamming, Legion was racked with a moment of indecision. Legion had to establish communications with the team at any cost, but worried about being scanned. The moment passed, as Legion realized that with communications jammed, the only way the ship would be spotted is through visual confirmation, so unless the enemy was looking up, the ship could probably slip fairly close to the battlefield without incurring too much wrath. And most weapons large enough to target and damage a ship tended to rely on computerized aiming, which would also likely be subject of the jamming. With the decision made, Legion had the nanite at the helm lower the ships altitude, hovering over the Circle of Hell, out of rocket-propelled grenade range, but close enough for the next step. Another nanite maneuvered one of the ships searchlights to point down to where Captain Natasha and the others most likely entered the ship, and started flashing the searchlight in Morse pattern: "Comms jammed. Respond in kind." This message repeated ceaselessly, while another nanite moved the ships outer cameras around, visually scanning for any hostiles that might be trying to take potshots at the ship. If necessary, legion would take non-lethal action to neutralize any and all threats to the ship.
