[@King Cosmos] That's actually a common misconception as far as I'm aware. There was a translation error in Digimon World 3 that confused them. And the animation speaks for itself- Joe jumping in the ocean to save TK isn't "honest", it's being dependable.

Interesting choice in Digimon, (honestly the Champion stage doesn't ring a bell) especially since I could see Erika working as much with Kindness as she would Sincerity, maybe moreso.
