I don't really mind how big it is. The stuff I've got should be able to adapt a bit to whatever size. Plotwise I do have a set of plans that do feed into each other and I guess can be pretty city-scale, but there's no big overarching thing. The source material itself was generally episodic as well even while it set up for WW3 and later GREMLIN.
