Penelope looked over at him as she laid besides him in the grass. She gave a breathless chuckle at his words. "I think we certainly made the best of a bad day." She agreed with a small smirk, blushing faintly. The knight held up the bandage blindfold in one hand, twirling it with her fingers. "Can't say I've done something like that before." She mused dazedly as she looked up at the object in her hand before placing it off to the side. She turned, shifting closer to him, as she wrap an arm over him and rested her head against his chest. The knight closed her eyes, remaining pressed against his side. She was tempted to fall asleep right there, finding herself warm and comfortable in his embrace. However, she knew they likely couldn't risk staying out much longer. His companions would eventually return to camp and they needed to beat them back. She was also worried about his illness. After seeing him collapse earlier, the knight guessed that he needed as much rest as he could get. At the thought of it, she frowned, feeling a growing mixture of worry and fear over his waning health. Penelope looked over at him and pressed a kiss to his cheek. "We should get going." She mumbled, shifting away from him to collect her clothes. The knight slipped her shirt back on over her head and glanced over her shoulder at him. The day had been long, filled with avoiding knights, traveling to the meet up point and them sneaking off to be together. She felt her worry grow, wondering if it would have been wiser for them to just stay in camp and get rest rather than traveling to the lake and sleeping together. How stupid of me..The knight thought with a grimace. She had been so caught up in her desire to spend as much time with him as she could that she didn't consider the strain it might put him under. "How are you feeling?" She asked tentatively as she looked over at him.
