Only war: any published material allowed.

The only change is that starting statistics before rolls will be 
WS: 25 BS: 20 S: 30 T: 30 Ag: 30 Int: 25 Per: 25 WP: 25 Fel: 30, with substitutions from the Backgrounds.

Point buy: 100pts.
20 max in any stat.
at least 5 points in every stat.

Starting gear is backgrounds + Dark Heresy 1e careers.
