Coheed: I can understand that. I recently revamped security measures in our armories across all bases to prevent future attempts on our lives, as well as others. All the new scanners will be up in running in a few hours, and new ID's will be presented via personnel to authorized members of the EDB. Since every door in every base iz being updated as well, you'll be recieving a new ID as well. Sorry for the incovenience.
As far as the shinji issue goes, I could try calling him again.
