I will not have the blood and innocence of children on my hands. You're asking me to essentially sign their life away. I say we wait until they are elligible to serve before we move on with this. Take this to the rest of the council if you will, but I will not commit to this without good reasoning. Not only that, but I am putting my position as a Council Lead Member on the line for the sake of an illegal project by just handling these documents. You might've just cost me my job.
