She was given the best since her and her husband outright support every single thing the Ascendancy is doing even if it is wrong, but she doesn’t really care for the right and wrong of it. TLI 8000 is specifically DNA locked and modified specifically to Lana’s specific biorhythm heart beat.

The Electrified protective field is slightly more reliable since it was tested longer than the thunderbolts being fired.

They are very happy in this picture in question, since it was when they were married because they both got their wish to be away from their a bit strict fathers. However, in the case of Lana, she was the most happy since she couldn’t ever feel anything from her biological father since he constantly beat her. [i]Wedding Ring[/i] - She wears her wedding ring proudly on her left hand ring finger. Hers is a 24 carat diamond wedding ring, which was bought at the most expensive jeweler on Mars. They did an excellent job on the defining the wedding ring.

[i]Galactic Credits[/i] - Her exact amount of worth in Galactic Market is a bit insane. However, she hardly enjoys talking about how much she’s worth since it pales in comparison to her husband. However, the family she came from was worth an multi-millions worth of credits, ala the Steven family. She keeps about 200,000 credits on her at all times in physical or digital form. Even though her husband keeps on telling her to get more credits on her so she can buy expensive gifts for herself.

However, the version that Lana got is the Corporate CEO variant of the same said omnitool. She is the face of the Hadley In-Vector Corporation and gets tons of new hires every single day. The Corporation’s lifeblood is the people who feel financially safe and not in danger of losing their home, car, and life. She tells everyone who works for the Hadley In-Vector Corporation will get a 50% discount on anything that they want or need. Repairs on a shoddy hunchback car? Got you covered. Need the best money can buy in Biotech, that’s 50% cheaper than it would have been if you didn’t shop at the In-Vector Online Store.

The other functions of this omnitool is literally the same as other omnitools on the market. But it has specialized features to contact important individuals just by inputting their names in the omnitools remembering function. Her husband is on this remembering function and she usually calls him about the certain questions she needs to ask people who want to join the Hadley In-Vector Corporation’s HQ or any of their branch offices in their interplanetary sized corporation.

He gives her the questionnaire subsection number of what she needs to ask new hires about set things. Because she is constantly highly busy and never puts that on her reminder tab in the omnitool. 

The other people on her remembering function is all the people who Conner and she keeps in contact the most, the Ascendancy High Command in the Military and the President himself. Mostly because they are highly influential people in their business because they are shareholders. As well as the competition to the Hadley In-Vector Corporation, which is the Windsor Trading Company. She gives the exact same false praise as her husband Conner.[/hider]

[i]The Scott Deluxe Luxury Cruiser[/i] - The Hadley Deluxe Luxury Cruiser has a specific name called Scott. Scott was the founder of the Hadley In-Vector Corporation about two-hundred years ago and this specific Deluxe Cruiser that’s for Luxury and travel to vacation spots in the Ascendancy. It’s a pretty scary looking Deluxe Cruiser, but it has no weapon systems on it. Which is why it is escorted by the Gravia Military Company Fleet or Ascendancy Military when it is going too far from the Core Sector. It has the emblem of the Gravia Military Company and the Hadley In-Vector Corporation on both sides of it. Lana co-owns this Luxury Cruiser with her husband Conner.

It has around 25 to 30 decks. It is slightly larger than the military cruiser variant but it has armed guards and many side activities within the hull. The Bridge of the ship is off limits only to the owners of the vessel and they usually talk to their huge bridge staff about the details of their movements to their vacation spots or business meetings. The Bridge crew can contact the lead ship of escort fleet to literally give them a formation to follow and the Scott will follow it to the letter. All the Bridge crew are from the Hadley In-Vector Corporation and has little to no combat experience except for all the armed guards and the CEOs themselves.

And it is required to go through every single check that the Gravia Military Company has in its arsenal to make sure it isn’t a fake. And it usually isn’t fake since its very hard to make fakes of highly private families alike the Hadley Family. Lana’s datapad has a specific flower design, which is the same flowers of the garden in the back.[/hider]

Lana was born into the Steven Family, that had a rocky time in the spotlight. They were surpassed by the Hadley Family in terms of how rich they are. Lana’s mother name is Brittany R. Steven and her father’s name is Derrick P. Steven. The Steven Family can’t really get off of Mars, since they can’t open any branch offices on any of the other planets in the Ascendancy because of rhetoric of Derrick. They are stuck on Mars, working on keeping the Hadley In-Vector Corporation from achieving supremacy. They have a better track record in getting highly unlikely things to work alike a stealth field to work without it blowing up. However, there’s a slight problem the red tape they have to get through doesn’t help.

Lana was outright loved by her mother Brittany. However, she gets outright hate and vitriol from her father and she was beaten constantly throughout her entire childhood. Until her mother walked up to her one day. This was around her 14th birthday since she locked herself into her room after the fact of her father being horrible to her in terms of beating her on her back.

The Ascendancy gave me their word on that specific thing. I told them that I don’t need my husband any longer as long as my daughter is happy with someone. In terms, I asked them to specifically silence the rhetoric of him since he’s being a bit of an annoyance to their propaganda messages”[/b] Brittany said.
[b]”I want to be happy than dead…,”[/b] Lana said, a bit scared at what her father told her before he left.

Brittany looked at her daughter and hugged her tightly. Lana is a bit happy she’s going to live with her godfather’s family instead of staying here any longer. She highly knew something was afoot in her house, it was mostly how her mother was acting. Her father is always an angry prick who looks like he has a massive stick up his ass. She couldn’t help but wait for that awaited day. However, she didn’t know how long she’ll have to wait to marry Stuart’s son.

On her sixteen year birthday, she was sitting down at a specific table in a beautifully expensive restaurant waiting for Stuart’s son. She was staring around the room and noticed her father’s hand movements underneath his throat and he was definitely pointing at her. She choked up a bit and looked directly down and started up enough but not looking towards the Entrance. She felt like she was being looked at, while wearing glasses. She heard a voice next to her.

Lana and Conner, were blushing at the same time. It was the first time they felt true love to another person. However, they didn’t know their love was going to keep them through what their parents had planned for them. Lana looked at Conner as he sat down besides her and held her hand, kindly. She was blushing heavily when he did that. Her godfather, Stuart walked up to them and looked directly at them.

[b]”Hello Conner and Lana R. Steven. I must say you look like a cute couple already. But I must tell you the most important thing. You are supposed to be married about in six hours from now. I worked with your mother Lana, to arrange this arranged marriage. I have to say, you are welcomed to move in with my family and we will take great care of you. Since it wouldn’t be a good idea for you to stay with your father. Who wants an investment returned or some such nonsense he was yelling to me a bit ago,”[/b] Stuart said, sincerely and calmly.
[b]”W-Wait… What? That’s the whole reason why I was told I had to wait until my 16th Birthday,”[/b] Conner said, a bit shocked.
[b]”Thank you, Godfather. I will definitely move into the Hadley Mansion and change my name to Hadley. Since I am going to marry your handsome, kind and generous son, who complimented my name… All my father does is yell at me and beat me constantly,”[/b] Lana said.

Lana had tears going down her eyes but these were happy tears so she can finally stopped being beaten up by her father. The physical abuse almost made her give up and die. However, she was specifically told by her mother that she was going to be freed from her abusive father, if she married the Hadley Family only son. She agreed to it from the onset, no matter what she will marry Conner. However, it did help that they fell in love at first sight, the both of them that is.

[b]”What do you want?”[/b] Lana’s father asked.
[b]”Easily, can you get the fuck out of here and never return to your daughter’s life ever again. Or else if I hear that you were at my mansion. I will make sure your life is a miserable hell. I only made that deal with your wife and not you, scumbag,”[/b] Stuart said, angry pointing to the door.
[b]”Sure, I got what I wanted. The Trash out of my house… and that’s what Lana is to me. I will always get the last laugh…,”[/b] Lana’s father said. 

Lana’s father, who’s named Derrick P. Steven walked out of the door and got into his super expensive car and drove away quickly since he had a business meeting with someone else anyway. Lana, heard what her father called her was crying when her father called her trash, and all she was was a good child but her father was a very angry person all the time. It didn’t help she was wearing glasses. However, Conner kissed her on the lips and helped her calm down from what her father said. Lana was a bit shocked that her first kiss was taken from the one she loved completely.

Stuart saw the first time his son was truly happy. Something tells me, all that he’ll teach these two youngish will make them numb to outside people and keep their bonds close. He was a bit angered at what Derrick called Lana. Stuart was Lana’s godfather, who wanted her to have the best in her life as a living human for humanity than a girl who’s dead. Which is why him and her mother planned the Arranged Marriage that was going to happen in marriage six hours after both parties involved was told.

Lana gasped in wholeheartedly affection at Conner what he said to Stuart. She was extremely excited to have found her true love too. Stuart laughed at what his son said to him and could see Lana’s reactions and shock at the fact, they met each other after all this time apart. He was happy that there’s two more souls that are complete. He’ll be happy when these two marry happily.

14 years later, on Lana and Conner’s 30th birthday and 14th anniversary being married. Lana was in the hospital giving birth to their daughter, and who were at her birth was no other than Nikolas R. Zahrin. Lana had no real clue in naming their daughter and looked over to Nikolas for advice. Conner was waiting patiently with anticipation in what the Dragon has for a name.

[b]”Yeah, I do. Narvia F, you can fill in her middle name if you want,”[/b] Nikolas said, happily but annoyed at the fact Lana or Conner never calls him by his call sign.
[b]”Hmm.. Folspear sounds like a good middle name for our daughter there Nickolas. I am grateful you are here the Dragon,”[/b] Conner said, with a smile on his face.
[b]”Every time you actually use my call sign, you want something in return,”[/b] Nikolas said.
[b]”It’s pretty simple, you will owe me a favor in the future,”[/b] Conner said, smiling.
[b]”Oh okay. I will make sure I am ready for that favor then,”[/b] Nikolas said, with a cryptic look on his face.

Conner didn’t know what Nikolas was thinking since he’s pretty much very hard to tell about what he’s thinking about. Lana was happily holding her daughter Narvia, and didn’t really notice the birthmark that was on her daughter’s arm. Even though she was told about the certain thing in question to keep an eye out for. Conner didn’t even really notice it either. However, Nikolas did notice the specific birthmark on the left arm, however, he didn’t bring it up since they were happy right now. He waved them goodbye and he let out a small sigh.

Three years later, on her daughter’s 3rd year birthday. Lana walked into the room to see Jennifer V. Stoutfield playing with her daughter and was happy for her. She walked towards her daughter Narvia and then noticed something that shook her to the core, it was no other than the birthmark on her daughter’s left arm. She was definitely shaken at the fact that was there.

[b]”Oh yeah… I forgot sorry it’s nothing. But at least our daughter is very intelligent at least,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”Mother, done being busy for now?”[/b] Narvia asked, cutely towards her biological mother.
[b]”For now, yes, I can play with you,”[/b] Lana said.

Jennifer felt a bit happier to see Lana playing with her daughter after three years worth of her daughter’s development. However, she knew that wouldn’t last because of how she saw the look in Lana’s eyes. She knew she couldn’t at all tell Narvia anything of the sort since her contract is very specific. Narvia was enjoying playing with her mother since she gave her a thought puzzle and to see who can complete it faster. Out of everything, Narvia completed it first and in the shortest time too.

Lana subconsciously, however, outright hated being right here now since her husband’s fears came true. She was great at covering up the fact she was outraged at this child’s existence. She was grateful to Jennifer’s caring of their daughter. She got up and walked directly to her husband’s study but before that.

[b]”If a child of our great family is born with a birthmark, which is three stars surrounding a triangle on their left arm. It would mean the ruin of our great family. We must keep our power, prestige, and wealth in our hands and not the hands of the one who would ruin us completely. This child must be expunged from our records and disinherited immediately,”[/b] Conner said, reciting the code. 
[b]”Does it specifically say, she must die?”[/b] Lana asked, annoyed at the code being recited by her husband.
[b]”No, but it’ll be the best thing for that piece of utter garbage. However, I have been making inquiries into a certain program that could be a two for one deal. Our daughter can be taken away and die in a non issue of a war. Since our great Ascendancy needs to expand. She dies equals the person we use will gain fortune and fame but if she’s captured, he’ll rue the day he crossed us,”[/b] Conner said, with a smile since he specifically knows who to use.
[b]”Hmm, you are literally talking about the Dragon. The one who stopped his own assassination attempt on his life by our forces. And he knew they were the Elite Assassination Squad before he picked them up. They are still in rehab and the hospital because he wrecked them,”[/b] Lana said, smiling slightly.

Conner still visits those two morons and laughs at them for failing their assigned task. But it helps him in other ways, the Dragon definitely deserves his reputation in Conner’s mind that is. However, he looked at the clock on his desk. Lana somewhat laughed at the fact they will get rid of a bad luck charm for their family and put it on someone else. However, the two didn’t know at the time it’ll be the opposite for the Dragon, Narvia will be a good luck charm for everyone but the Hadley Family. Conner called one of his contacts in the Ascendancy Military High Command, that was tied directly to the Dragon’s Brigade. They talked for hours and learned specifically about his inquiries from him. The answers he got made him smile from ear to ear, it was what he needed.

[b]”Good news, I got really good news. The Ascendancy Military needs child soldiers for their up and coming war against the Rauve, an alien race. There’s some other alien races within the Rauve’s coalition but I don’t really care about them,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”Ah, how completely ironic. Child Soldiers to fight against our enemies. Feels like we will never get out of this cycle of using children to fight our wars. It’s been in all of human history really,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”Yeah, feels like a good way to kill off our diseased flesh. In terms of our daughter. I want you to keep in contact with our daughter and show her hope before it is snatched from her. I will give the Ascendancy Military High Command, my response to their exact questions in two years when I talk to the Dragon,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”I guess, I’ll feign love to her, even though she gets enough of it from our very good Maid, Jennifer. I guess she gets it from her older sister Vienna, who’s in the Dragon’s Brigade,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”Hmm, that’s nice to know, it is in the Stoutfield’s best interest in keeping rich families happy,”[/b] Conner said.

Lana walked out of the Conner’s study to go to bed since she’s still a bit shell shocked from the realization her daughter is worthless to her and Conner. However, she had a slight smile at that fact too, which means none of their money will go to Narvia. Because she didn’t really like the name that the Dragon gave her for her child. She thought it was literally two birds with one stone, get rid of the Dragon and Narvia will be good for her mind. However, she realized, her father was doing all the horrible things to make sure she doesn’t do something worst.

[b]”Good lord… why didn’t my asshole of a father never told me that? Damn it… I kinda hope Narvia lives… This is the worst thing I have ever done,”[/b] Lana said, to herself in a shocked realization.

She gasped at the fact all the beatings she was taken from her father was literally his way of telling her certain things. While he was definitely truthful he made a horrible mistake in wanting a daughter and not a son, however, her mother wanted her. She wondered if her mother knew of this little thing, the secret of the Hadley Family. She shook her head, and knew that wasn’t the case, most people are usually given no information. She went to bed a bit conflicted with what she wants and what her husband wants.

The next morning, she woke up still with that realization of what her father was trying to tell her, with his fists and not his words. However, she came to a sudden realization again, which was she shouldn’t give a fucking shit about trash and soon to be disinherited, disowned and given to the Military. She had felt like the world on her shoulders for all this time, was lifted off of her. She was completely in agreement with her husband from yesterday. She woke up her husband by moving him. Conner wakes up with the poking that his wife does to him, and looks at her with a bit of a determined look on his face.

[b]”Conner. I have to ask. Can we get rid of Narvia as soon as fucking possible? Like even before she turns 11 years old. Since if she turns 11 years old, we will have to show her to the Ascendancy Elites,”[/b] Lana said, nervously.
[b]”Hmm, that’s a good idea. I almost forgot about the coming out party for our daughter. When the so called daughter has an 11th year birthday, you can literally say whatever comes to your mind first to anyone who asks,”[/b] Conner said, with a thinking face.

Conner kissed his wife on her cheek and they both went back to bed. They slept peacefully mostly because of the fact they don’t really check on the Hadley In-Vector Corporation or the Gravia Military Company at this point since it’s the CEO’s off time for once in their lives since they usually just sleep in bed and go to their studies to do side activities.

Two years later, Lana was in her study and looking at the case for the Star Necklace and wonders if it is good to give it to her daughter that they will get rid of soonish. However, she realized she couldn’t really wait for it, she did promise to allow her daughter to have it as a gift for beating her in that game they were playing. She got up from her desk and picked up the Star Necklace Case and walked down stairs to where Jennifer and Narvia was at. It took her thirty minutes to actually get to the exact room in question. She smiled happily, but it was definitely showing she was seething at the fact her daughter was a Xenophile and not a Xenophobe. However, this made Jennifer sighed in a defeated tone because she couldn’t handle what will happen to Narvia.

She sat down the present in front of her daughter. It was in a very beautiful case, that shows a caring touch to the case as a whole. When it was opened was no other than the Star Necklace, the most expensive possession the Hadley Family’s own.

[b]”Thanks Mommy,”[/b] Narvia said, happily.
[b]”No problem, daughter. However, on wear this necklace on very important days of your life. Alike being introduced to the high life,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”I will keep that to heart mother,”[/b] Narvia said.

Narvia looked at the Star Necklace and saw the design of it. It had an pendant attached to it, which had her mother and father’s pictures within it. It had multiple different words engraved on it, more or less meaning, [i]’For the Ascendancy.’[/i] Narvia hugged her mother happily for the gift and the happy birthday present.

[b]”Jennifer, I will be leaving now. I need to go see how Conner is doing at work,”[/b] Lana said, with a slight tone that only Jennifer knows.
[b]”Yes, milady. I will keep Narvia safe and sound. Since you and Conner has tons of work to do,”[/b] Jennifer said, with a sigh.
[b]”Bye mother,”[/b] Narvia said, waving goodbye to her mother Lana.

Lana waved goodbye to her daughter, even though it wasn’t that sincere of a wave. Jennifer definitely saw that but knew Narvia was a bit too naive about what is going on. Lana walked out into the fresh air and got into her car, to drive to the Hadley In-Vector Corporation HQ. She was definitely happy at the fact she’s no longer near her daughter, she felt unhappy with.

A few hours past from her leaving the Hadley Mansion to the Hadley In-Vector Corporation HQ. She walked into her husband’s office with a smile and was a bit happy. She couldn’t help but smile at her husband and hopeful there was good news.

[b]”She still thinks that we love her…,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”That’s good, the dealings I had with the military is completed. The Dragon’s Career can go one of two ways. He becomes even more terrifying or he loses his job in the Military,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”Ah, nice. That means we are one step closer to her delivery and our freedom from that lesser than human filth than our pure hearts of the nature of the Ascendancy of Man. For the Ascendancy,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”Here, here. For the Ascendancy,”[/b] Conner said.

She saw her husband get a message and it was an eerie message since it was in Blood red, and glowing on the ceiling for her to see as well. She couldn’t really understand what is going on until he says something.

[b]”Damn it, Derrick,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”Why did you say my father’s name?”[/b] Lana asked.
[b]”Most people would say something more convincing than Derrick,”[/b] A strange staticy voice said with a creepy female voice.
[b]”Ah, you. I remember you,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”Who? And why am I creeped out right now,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”Yes, it’s nice you remember me, Conner. You did create me…,”[/b] A creepy female voice said but it vanished as soon as it appeared, with a still a staticy voice.
[b]”Uuh, what was that?”[/b] Lana asked.
[b]”Hmm, I promise I will tell you later. After our business with our daughter that is finished,”[/b] Conner said.

Lana nodded her head and she was looking around the room, but she could still feel, she was being watched by whomever or whatever that voice belonged to. She couldn’t really put her finger on it but she was outright a bit afraid of that. However, the feeling of being watched stopped completely and it felt like a normal room again. She looked at her husband with a specific look on her face. She didn’t really bring it up though since it creeped her out a bit too much. Conner was lost in thought, but he had a look on his face of not really enjoying hearing that voice again. However, he snapped out of the thought he had.

[b]”I’ll take you to dinner so we can calm our nerves,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”Yeah, that sounds nice,”[/b] Lana said.

Conner got up and shut off the lights in his office and they walked to their car, which Conner had a bit better car in terms of its top speed and its sporty look. They got into the car and drove away to the restaurant, which they first met since it’s has fond memories because it was when they first fell in love all those years ago.

Five years later, on Narvia’s 10th birthday. Lana was sitting down at her desk in her study and looking at the whole thing that’s going to happen to her daughter in painful details. She had a sadistic smile on her face, but she used her home intercom.

[b]”Jennifer, can you come here, I need to talk to you first before I talk to my daughter Narvia,”[/b] Lana said, through the intercom.

Lana waited until Jennifer walked into the study, with a pretty depressed body language on her entire body. Jennifer looked with her passionately fire in her eyes but she couldn’t hope to do anything to change Lana’s mind.

[b]”Ah, good of you to come. I need to tell you something,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”What is it, Lana?”[/b] Jennifer asked.
[b]”I am going to tell you one specific thing about my daughter you need to know. I give my word, you’ll be the last person that she sees from this household,”[/b] Lana said, smiling.
[b]”W-What do you mean about that, Lana?”[/b] Jennifer asked, again starting to tear up. 
[b]”It means when my daughter leaves this household to a destination she’ll never reach. The only fond memories of this entire home is your face, ha, ha. I have always hated how much you corrupted our daughter in being a hopeful child that wants to be xenophilic and not Xenophobic alike me and my husband. Glory to the Ascendancy,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”N-No… If you were in her life more you could’ve kept her a Xenophobic child alike you two, but you were never around… It is your own fucking fault, Lana,”[/b] Jennifer said, with a bit of a tone in her voice.
[b]”Hmm.. You might be right but I don’t care. Neither does Conner, all we want her to do is to die on the Battlefield against the Rauve and the Human Coalition..,”[/b] Lana said, callous and uncaring.
[b]”I-I… hate you Mrs. Hadley,”[/b] Jennifer said, finally telling the truth.
[b]”Aw, so cute the youngest sister of Vienna says she hates me finally. I knew sooner or later I could get you to crack under the pressure. I will allow you to talk to her before she enters my study. I give you that much,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”Uuh? Why did you say my sister’s name…? I became your guys maid because I didn’t want to join the Dragon’s Brigade I don’t like killing… I am a complete pacifist,”[/b] Jennifer said, a bit confused.
[b]”Look Jennifer, there’s a big reason why I said your sister’s name, put two to two together you freaking moron,”[/b] Lana said, annoyed at pacifist in her face.

Jennifer took about thirty minutes to figure out, what was really going on and she had a smile on her face. She was still not happy but the Dragon can protect Narvia from any and all things that happens. She flipped off Lana since she was pretty much done with being a maid with the Hadley Family, but she will have to return to her home, which is on a Space Station, that’s a gets civilian transports and other such things. She turned around before that and looked determined at Lana. Lana claps at her blatant rage at her but she waits for what the pacifist is about to say.

[b]”I hereby quit… after Narvia leaves. I am going to return home to my parent’s the Stoutfielder Space Station in the Frontier of Ascendancy Space,”[/b] Jennifer said.
[b]”Good Riddance to bad rubbish. You are lesser than trash, since you are from a Frontier World. It is good to get rid of you, I accept your resignation. Return to your parents as a piece of garbage that has to work on the street corner you dumb bitch,”[/b] Lana said.

Jennifer walked out of the study room in tears, since she never knew Lana’s true feelings towards her until now. She couldn’t stop crying because of the outlying hatred in Lana’s voice. It took about at least, two hours later until she was able to notice her daughter enter the room. Lana smiled kindly towards her daughter since this will be the last time she’ll have to see her. She points directly at her desk at a present box, which she wanted to exactly give to Narvia.

[b]”Narvia, how is it going?”[/b] Lana asked, curiously.
[b]”Pretty good mother. What’s that on your desk? Is that for me,”[/b] Narvia asked.
[b]”Yeah, it is for your birthday today. It is a necklace. That you need to wear no matter what, even if it is the ugliest thing you have ever seen. Since you will be going on a Journey of Discovery,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”What does that mean exactly? Journey of Discovery sounds so vague…,”[/b] Narvia said, curiously.
[b]”Don’t worry about that. You’ll figure it out sooner or later but please put it on,”[/b] Lana said.

Lana was pleased to notice her daughter wasn’t wearing the Star Necklace, which pleased her. She only sighed at the fact, Narvia was happy go lucky when she did enter the office. Narvia walked over to her mother’s desk to receive the present from her mother, who gave it to her. She opened her present and saw the ugly necklace and quite couldn’t really know why her mother would want her to wear it. She didn’t want to disappoint her mother Lana, since her mother does get angry and yell sometimes when something doesn’t go her way. She put it on without question and it was engraved with [i]’Journey to Discovery.’[/i]

[b]”Good news, daughter. You’re friend Jenna will be at a very luxurious Amusement park on the planet called the United Flags, it’s similar to Seven Flags on Earth but a bit more well maintained. You will be escorted by the Gravia Military Company’s Elite Escort Unit by the name of Lt. 3rd Class Gregory I. Marshal and his sister Lt. Susan R. Marshal,”[/b] Lana said, with an a slight tone of indifference but pride of the Elite Escort Unit itself.
[b]”Oh that’s nice I heard great things about that amusement park. And I definitely and truly miss my childhood friend, Jenna,”[/b] Narvia said, happily.
[b]”Have fun, daughter,”[/b] Lana said, with a smile on her face.

Lana waved back to her daughter’s goodbye and saw her walked out of her office/study. And slightly waited awhile before she got up and walked to her door and shut it. She sat back down and took out her favorite alcoholic beverage, which is very strong whiskey because she definitely needs a drink after that heated discussion with Jennifer and tricking her daughter in believing everything. She turns on her communications to talk to her husband.

[b]”Conner, the deed is finished. The Elite Assassination Squad will be escorting our daughter now. I can’t wait for our daughter to be on the lost in action in the Military as unknown child soldier or whatever else that happens,”[/b] Lana said, happily drinking her drink.
[b]”Ah, that’s excellent wife. I hope they don’t screw this up alike that failed assassination attempt on the Dragon. Or they won’t be living this down at all. They will be laughing stocks of the Gravia Military Company,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”Therefore, is there any gifts heading my way by the Ascendancy High Command or the President himself?”[/b] Lana asked, curiously.
[b]”Yeah, it’s going to be delivered to the house after the SUV leaves the property, it’s the brand new Scythe they’ve been testing,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”Oh nice… I have a better handle on Scythes than any other weapon melee weapon. Since that’s what my trainer told me, when I was tested at a Military Base… But I didn’t cut it mostly because of Derrick... He ruins my life more than anything,”[/b] Lana said, happily.
[b]”It’s called the TLI 8000 Electrified PE Scythe,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”Oh… I know what PE stands for, Perfected Electrum. That’s going to be interesting since I never used a scythe that was coated in the stuff,”[/b] Lana said.

Conner hangs up because he had some work to do. Lana turns on the surveillance cameras to see if the Gravia Military Company’s SUV in the front of the mansion. The good news it was, and there was a Ascendancy Military Humvee with an very important person caring a case, which has the weapon she was told about in it. She smiled happily at the case and waited to be given the weapon in question. The Ascendancy Officer in question walked to Lana’s office, with the correct identification and everything to give Lana this specific item. He knocked on her door, she told him to come in. He walked in, and sat down the weapon on the ground and saluted to Lana with the normal Ascendancy salute. 

[b]”Hello ma’am, I am here to deliver the TLI 8000 Electrified PE Scythe. I hope the weapon meets your requirements in using said weapon,”[/b] The Ascendancy Officer said, still saluting.
[b]”You can stand down. I am hopeful it is to my satisfaction too because I really like Scythes, they clicked with me you know,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”Yeah, but the fact your father was there, we couldn’t accept you in the military. I am very sorry for that loss. We would’ve enjoyed a completely Loyal to our cause woman like yourself to join the Ascendancy. For the Ascendancy,”[/b] The Ascendancy Officer said, picking up the weapon’s case.

He walked towards her desk and sat down the TLI Scythe Case, which it was in a pretty unique case, it was one of the kind. Lana’s eyes lit up when she saw the case itself, and she looked at him.

[b]”Hmm, can you open it?”[/b] Lana asked, happily.
[b]”Yeah sure, I was told I was supposed to open the case anyway. Sergeant Davis V. Karol,”[/b] Davis said.
[b]”I remember when you were just a rookie, it’s nice to see you again, which service are you apart of, in terms of forces?”[/b] Lana asked, curiously.
[b]”I’m apart of the Royal Guards, so my actual rank is a Middle Guard. I got along ways to go to become an Old Guard. Haven’t really been tasked with anything really since I am on shore leave on Mars to deliver this specific thing before I got back to the Royal Guards,”[/b] Davis said.
[b]”Ah, that’s wonderful. The Royal Guards are always welcomed to our home,”[/b] Lana said, happily.

Davis opened the case, and noticed Lana’s eyes were wide as shit, in terms she was in bliss seeing a Scythe after so long. He was happy to make an Hadley Family member happy. He gave her the specific instructions how to use the Scythe in question without hurting the wielder, which is Lana in question. He picked it up and it unfolded and showed its perfect size to someone alike Lana, however, he was only tasked to hand it over to Lana, so it can gain access to Lana’s DNA code and will never be able to work as long as someone else is using said weapon. He handed it over to Lana, and she grabbed it, and she felt a complete rush to the weapon in question.

[b]”Ahh, this is so good, it feels nice, thank you Middle Guard Davis, I will keep it close so I can use it on anyone I hate outright… like my father,”[/b] Lana said, saluting Davis.
[b]”No problem, I will be going now. I hope you have fun with your new weapon,”[/b] Davis said, returning the salute.

Davis walked outside and Lana was now alone with her weapon until she heard a communication from her husband specifically wanting to talk to her. She accepted the communication with her husband and she was wielding her TLI 8000 Electrified PE Scythe in her left hand.

[b]”Hey Wife, how do you enjoy the new toy you got?”[/b] Conner asked.
[b]”I love it. I’m going to give a donation to the Ascendancy Military to make more of these weapons, they are very inventive tools. Why did you call me?”[/b] Lana asked, curiously.
[b]”That’s nice you are going to give them an donation since the company that made them requires donations to create more models with different elements attached to them. Remember 5 years ago that we were creeped out. I fixed my friend in question,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”Friend? You have a friend… And I definitely remember that creepy female voice that was very staticy it’s stuck in my head,”[/b] Lana said, confused and a bit terrified.
[b]”My friend’s name is Rena, which is in turn is an AI,”[/b] Conner said, a bit embarrassed.
[b]”Aww, you created a female AI. When did you do that? I wanted to create something but my father disallowed me to do anything other than be in my room,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”I created her when I was only ten. Also, your father is bonafide alive. At least he’s no longer married to your mother, that’s like the ONLY good thing. The Ascendancy couldn’t get rid of the target at all for some odd reason. I have no idea where’s he is hanging out,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”My mother told me he would was going to be dead so I wouldn’t have to deal with that bastard anymore. And you are telling me He’s alive and well? He’s probably beating more kids with his rhetoric and forcing them to do stupid things,”[/b] Lana said, shocked to her core.
[b]”I don’t know wife, but wherever he is the Gravia Military Company and the Ascendancy Elites will make sure he’s dead for sure this time around,”[/b] Conner said, reassuring his wife.

Lana hanged up on her husband, with a bit of a rage to her. Lana put her scythe gently up back in its case after she got that terrible news from him, that her deadbeat of a dad is still alive and hasn’t been brutally murdered yet. She wonders who would be good for that job, but couldn’t really figure that out yet. However, she’ll keep that on the back burner. Since Assassins to kill her very clever father are hard to come by. 

[b]”Hmm, Oh yeah I got that thing next year,”[/b] Lana said, curiously looking at the date of her daughter’s 11th birthday.

[hider=The Biggest Scandal of the Hadley Family] 

The next year, Lana was at the restaurant that her and Conner was shown to the world before their marriage at 16 years old. She told the other elites, there was going to be a special announcement on her daughter’s 11th birthday. However, she didn’t really trust the Mass Media no matter what anyway, since they were too freaking nosy. She completely realized at this moment, which was the most important thing without her daughter here none of the mass media is allowed to sign a 5 year NDA, which if they break it allows her to kill them without prejudice. Her face was a bit shocked at this, since this is the first time this ever happened, their overplanning to get rid of their daughter backfired. An Alternative Media Reporter walked up to Lana and was quite the opposite of nosy.

[b]”Hello ma’am, how’d you this evening?”[/b] The Female Reporter asked.
[b]”Pretty good. I could be better,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”That’s wonderful news. Where’s your daughter?”[/b] The Female Reporter asked.
[b]”I have no daughter, what are you talking about?”[/b] Lana asked, annoyed.
[b]”W-What…? Seriously where is your daughter,”[/b] The Female Reporter said, a bit shocked and horrified.
[b]”I already told you. I have no daughter. Therefore, stop asking me fucking questions or else. I would love to have your name though,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”I might as well give you my name… Rachel. I will leave you, ma’am,”[/b] Rachel said.

Rachel was afraid of her life, she has never had that type of interview even though she never signed an NDA to protect the safety of their child. She was the only one that didn’t want the information to get out that Lana and Conner was completely evil alike the President for life. She didn’t want her children, husband and herself to be brutally murdered by those goons. She’s been on a short leash since she exposed the president in some of his dirty dealings, however, she was told one more thing will cause her and her family to disappear. She ran out of the restaurant with her tail between her legs, even though she’s a regular human and all she didn’t want to die at all. She told her people not to release any of the footage of what Lana told her. However, a mainstream reporter walked up to Lana, which was no other than the best damned female reporter that had no sense in asking and exposing people for what they truly are. Since she’s on a TV show called, [i]‘Monsters live among us by Maria S. Estervone.’[/i]

[b]”Oh, how wonderful. I always pegged you for a monster, Lana. I will definitely spill everything about this restaurant thing that happened here and no one will stop me. Even if I am dead, everyone will know the Monsters live among us. That includes the damnable President Emmanuel,”[/b] Maria said.
[b]”I hate you, Sister. Why did you have to marry into the Estervone family?”[/b] Lana asked, annoyedly.
[b]”Looks like you learned our dad is still alive. That’s wonderful news. He is definitely a monster. Monster Breeds Monsters, it seems,”[/b] Maria said, laughing at her question at all and completely ignoring it.
[b]”God damn, don’t tell me you know where the fucker is. I want him dead badly,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”I can’t tell you. Our father, has my daughter as a hostage… so I can’t do anything to hurt my child,”[/b] Maria said, sombering and crying.
[b]”W-What… the fuck? So you’ve been creating all these hit pieces on people because of our Father or something?”[/b] Lana asked, annoyingly.
[b]”Yeah, because of our father definitely. He’s trying to make everyone wake up but its not working so he’s using me… and my children… he’s still a bastard.. He hasn’t stopped beating me for being a reporter for President Emmanuel,”[/b] Maria said.

Lana feels like this would exactly happened if her father was let back into her life but the Hadley Family didn’t want that. She put two together really quickly and figured where exactly her father is at. She, however, was pretty much angry, that this was going to be a bigger scandal than she first thought. Because her actual family’s value will tank after this, but will recover after awhile but don’t know how much damage the Hadley Family will take in this. Maria walked away and started her segment on Lana. And that was shown all across the Interplanetary networks, which hosts Maria’s show, even though she’s constantly been getting death threats by super loyal loyalists, who will outright defend the honor of the President and every single person that’s on her segment.

The scandal happened and it outright made tons of people leave the Steven Family, since Lana & Maria were apart of that family. However, the stocks of the Hadley Family didn’t happen to change since the great recovery that happened by Conner after it was shown. He had a excellent speech saying, he will redouble his efforts in allowing everyone to get pay increases in his company as long as they don’t take out their stocks and sell rapidly. It was an excellent move, by Conner and it took a reassurances from an specific Hadley family member to give them what they deserve. He even saved his wife’s value by outright buying his competition, ala the tech firm that was having troubles in releasing things, the Steven Research Institute. It’ll keep its name and everything it had before, but it’ll be getting funding by the Hadley In-Vector Corporation, in a sense, it’ll become an subsidiary of the Hadley In-Vector Corporation.

That means, his wife will keep her multi-millions in her hands, without being completely tanked alike it was about to be with the rhetoric of Derrick. However, Lana made her move and hired very efficient assassins, to do three jobs, one kill her father for one, the second one is to return Maria’s children to her, then brutally murder Maria, her children and husband after they had that family reunion. She knows exactly how many children her sister has, which is six children, that means a total of eight deaths to stop the hit pieces on Emmanuel, because she wants to continue to support his policies. She looked at her sister.

[b]”Sister, I hope you have a happy reunion with your family,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”I will…,”[/b] Maria said, not realizing what her sister has planned.

After that, all the media personal was forced off the property and Lana went back home to get something to keep her nerves intact from what she must do to keep the Hadley’s showing their 110% support. She will be grateful when the deed is done, because she didn’t want to use your everyday assassins from the Gravia Military Company but some extremely good ones, which she heard around on the black markets of an Mercenary squad that are great for assassination jobs. Especially for people who are a cockroach that won’t die, even if they were supposed to die. She sighs, and hopeful that Mercenary Unit does their damnedest to follow her instructions to the letter. She was happy that Maria was completely cut off from the family’s riches, at least in terms of the Steven’s family riches. She wrote, specifically what they were supposed to say to the six kids, [i]’We will be taking you to your parents now. We saved you from that horrible waste of space.’[/i] However, she knows a bit about the guard detail of that specific mansion, it isn’t like the Hadley Family mansion but it has laser fencing all around though.

After the battle of Proxima, Lana was sitting down by her husband. She was being a bit worried at why he was becoming so agitated and pissed off. However, she had some feelings it involve the fact the Ascendancy lost. She didn’t know what that details. She looked into Conner’s eyes and he looked into hers and looked at her and started to talk to her.

[b]”Damn it. Lana, guess what?”[/b] Conner asked.
[b]”What’s going on? Why are you so pissed?”[/b] Lana asked confused.
[b]”My contacts in the military told me ‘Navi’ was captured by the enemy and they have no idea, how the Aliens treat their human prisoners,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”Narvia is captured and not dead. Damn it, I hope you have a backup plan,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”I do. I always do, it’s in my family’s nature to always have backup plans,”[/b] Conner said.

Lana hugged her husband and watched a TV show they were watching that never gets interrupted by anything from the government since they know how badly the Ascendancy got defeated since they were there talking to Alexander. They trust him to regain the strength the Ascendancy lost under the incompetent admirals.

[b]”I am hopeful Alexander, will regain our lost glory,”[/b] Conner said.
[b]”For the Ascendancy, Conner,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”For the Ascendancy,”[/b] Conner said.

On Lana and Conner’s 47th birthday, which was a happy time, they didn’t really hear anything of any importance of their child’s movements or anything. But if she comes to the Hadley Home, she’ll be reunited only with a coilgun shot through her chest. They were sitting down at the table to continue eating but they remembered they had to see the President of the Ascendancy. 

[b]”Let’s go husband,”[/b] Lana said.
[b]”Yeah, yeah. I know. Though the President gives us extra time to get prepared to meet with him most of the time,”[/b] Conner said.

Conner and Lana gets to start get going so they can reach the meeting place in a reasonable time even though, the President gives them a long window of arriving.
