[@Weird Tales] What it does do is create a status quo. Like having certain characters who are just stronger because of their numbers. And that means other characters are always going to be "Weaker" because they don't have better numbers. 

Even if Power Levels are bullshit, it doesn't stop the fact that it's frustrating to know character strength growth is capped.
