His hair style is straight and tied into a standard pony tail, though his new addition of a goatee marks him as an aging man. There is a faint scar in the outer corner of his left eye from his time competing in Earthbending tournaments, when a sharp rock nearly ended his life. [/i][/indent][/indent]

Tosram’s latest outfit is of the latest style, as he got new clothes to attend the funeral of his wife. He wore those same clothes when he joined a small detachment to travel West and fight the Fire Nation. It did not end well.[/i][/indent][/indent]

He seems most tranquil when doing banal tasks, and most ferocious and stubborn when it comes to combat and high-stress situations.[/i][/indent][/indent]

When Tosram sleeps, he can only ever sleep on his right side. When talking while standing, he tends to subconsciously shift his feet despite his mood. It's a byproduct of training in Earthbending when young, to the point Tosram associates speaking with the motions of bending.[/i][/indent][/indent]

Tosram cannot stand instruction or following formal ritual, finding them to be too restrictive and controlling. His preferred contact with others comes from casual conversation, but is admittedly not particularly fond of debate or arguments. [indent][i]Tosram was the son of a farmer in a small Earth Nation village to the West of Bah Sing Se. He was the fifth child of twelve, and had a fascination with his granduncle's bending prowess since he was old enough to walk. Tosram's granduncle was a skilled Earthbender who had retired from the Dai Li, and he trained the young boy in the art of Earthbending. Tosram showed similar promise in his skills, and competed in small tournaments in Bah Sing Se yearly in which he excelled.

When he became old enough to live on his own, Tosram moved to Bah Sing Se to live with his second cousins. Tosram picked up a job at the family tea house and continued training in Earthbending until he could enlist with the Dai Li. He served in the Dai Li for four years, at which point he met his future-wife Ila. Ila became pregnant, the two got married, and Tosram ended up retiring from the Dai Li to take care of the twin boys. Tosram took on a major role at his family's tea house while raising the boys, while his wife protected the city as a member of its elite protectors.[/i][/indent][/indent]

[indent][i]Tosram's life is incredibly normal. Tosram lives in the same house as his second cousin and his family. He acts as the chef for the tea house, providing light snacks and food to accompany the tea his second cousin brews. Most of Tosram's day is spent working in the tea house, while his nights are spent playing or teaching his twin boys, who are eight years old now. From time to time he is responsible for fixing any damages or issues to the tea house, busting out the tools to fix things as needed. 

His wife passed away about eight months ago. Five months ago, Tosram left his children to be taken care of by his second cousin and his family while Tosram joined a resistance group that was led by his brother, Hiro. They spent a month travelling west before encountering a forward camp of Fire Nation troopers. Tosram was the only survivor of the encounter on the side of the Earth Nation resistance fighters as he surrendered.[/i][/indent][/indent]
