Off Duty, She usually allows her long hair to be in the straight style since she likes her hair that way but had to change with the times.

Her uniform is somewhat modified but not too much to make it seem like its not from the standard uniform of a rifleman. In terms of it, it is colored a slight shade of teal and has a bit of etching on it. Which means one of the pockets of the uniform has her first name in it. [color=Silver]Before the First Europan War, Diana was a pretty much a hard headed child alike her family’s base nature. However, she was a pretty emotional kid throughout her entire life and it didn’t help that her sisters were teasing her and calling her short. This caused her to give her an inferiority complex, mostly because of the fact of the teasing. She has a high strung patriotic vibe to her, even though she can talk about things in particular from her childhood. She’s highly talkative and mostly talks about things that she enjoys.

It didn’t help her sisters were outright mean to her. Her being protected by her mother most of her life didn’t help her development, so she was definitely a spoiled brat who was also pretty naïve. She wanted to have fun playing a soldier, when she grew up, however, her childhood fantasy was shattered pretty quickly. It wasn’t fun and games as she thought. She couldn’t really tell her mother something that was bothering her, which was she was attracted to both genders, which was mostly because she was shy. 

Diana, usually acts a bit weirdly when she gets highly nervous or a bit frustrated. You can tell in her body language since it’s pretty easy to see it as it looks. Her body language usually betrays her much throughout her life, since her mother picked up on it pretty easily. This usually makes people learn of how naïve she is. Because proper soldiers can hide their feelings and body language well, she hasn’t learned how to do that yet. She is still a bit green, to this whole war, mostly because her parents wanted her to be a baker.   

Diana being a Vastergoth family member has a long list of people she enjoys talking to. However, she fell in love with one of her superiors on the battlefield, which is named Jean-Robin Charpentiar. In the case, of it isn't obvious, he's a Darscen and she outright has a bond with them. It's mostly because of the 500 years of Vastergoth family history, which she has under her belt that makes her this way. However, it took the sweet kind and caring Jean to make her realize, [i]'fuck it I don't care what other people think about my family's quirks towards Darcsens.'[/i] The primary reason why the Vastergoths are atheist and don't really believe in any religion, which outright subjects Darcsens to torments and hatred.[/color]

When she talks, it calms her nerves down since she’s a bit nervous around people she doesn’t really know. She usually like when someone listens to her more than chat with her.

She becomes reclusive and less talkative when she’s near a girl or boy. The only reason, she does that is because she doesn’t really know why she feels this way. Mostly because she didn’t tell her mother about it.

She throws a fit if you call her short. Mostly because of her sister’s mean behavior towards her when she was young growing up in her home. However, she will calm down if you order her to. But she’ll be frustrated and usually have her hands shake at the fact she’s angry, which will make her miss her shots.

[u]Hard Headed[/u]
She’s trying her best as a soldier, since it was what she wanted to strive for. Even though her child fantasies were crushed by what war is really like. However, she doesn’t want to return to her family as a coward since, she doesn’t believe in giving up. This gives her a bit of a hardened shell when things get real bad, but she can crack under pressure if there’s too much.

Her naïvety is the biggest downside to everything she learned about the war, she was usually told of fantastic battles of two sides fighting for glory. This shows she’s just a wide-eyed naive child, that has no idea what war really means and only played war when she was a child and still acts like one sometimes. 

[u]Darscen Bond[/u]
Her entire family, which is called the Vastergoth Family for 500 years or more have been absolutely friendly towards Darscens. The Vastergoth family even employs Darscens in their Bakery and protects their livelihoods from people who are outright hateful towards them. Diana doesn't want to harm anyone's feelings, which is why she has this bond with the Darcsens she wants them to flourish and grow. However, she's learning very quickly that not everyone's views are the same as her parents or family in general.[/color]

[color=Silver]Diana Elana Vastergoth was born to Rebecca Liana Vastergoth and Gavin Ryan Vastergoth in the city of Castleton. They lived in a well off townhouse, which is a two story home that has all the amenities for a child growing up in Edinburgh. The Vastergoths was a pretty large family compared to other families. Diana was the 4th child in the Vastergoth family to be born. The Vastergoth’s were pretty well known in their hometown, since Rebecca and Gavin owned a local baking store called [i]’the Vastergoth Bakery,’[/i] which they used their money to give back to the community that deal with their prices in their bakery.

Diana’s older siblings were helping out at their bakery since they all wanted to do is help their parents out mostly because of the fact, they were pretty hard headed. When, she turned five years old, she was given a nickname by her older sister Astra as shorty. It didn’t really help her much since it made her get a bit argumentative at her two older sisters really. She didn’t really like being told she’s short. She usually would cry much because of this friendly teasing that her sisters were doing to her.

Her parents cheered her up by spoiling their newest child with gifts and plenty of things to do, in terms of toys. They didn’t really know the reason why, their youngest daughter was showing different signs from all their other children she wanted to do something more than be a baker. She would usually say crazy ideas, what she wanted to be when she grew up. Which usually includes to be a soldier for the Federation against the evil Empire. Rebecca was happy that her daughter finally decided on something. But both of the parents were a bit worried for a highly emotional child being on the battlefield fighting against the Empire.

Diana started to play with a neighbor’s child by the name of Anna Raina Mannerfield. She made very quick friends with her because they were pretty much similar but Anna wanted to be a baker though. In terms of everything, it was a perfect match in terms of everything. Her mother called her in for dinner and so she could go to bed though. She asked her mother if her new friend could join them for dinner. Rebecca told her daughter yes, because she couldn’t really say no, Diana was so cute that she found someone to play with.

When she turned 12 years old, her friendly relationship with her sisters went for a turn. It was primarily because of this reason, she kinda sees her sisters in a different light. Her older sisters literally started insulting Diana. Mostly because of the fact their parents were still spoiling Diana with gifts. The pendant necklace that was given to Diana was the last straw. They outright yelled at Diana to stop bugging them with what she is, a shorty that will amount to nothing. They did this only when the parents weren’t around so, Rebecca and Gavin didn’t know what was going on. They specifically told Diana not to tell a soul or else. They were pretty much jealous of their younger sister. 

However, one day that month when her sisters were starting to be utterly cruel to her. They called her every single curse word under the sun. They were busy in making the poor girl cry again.[/color]

Rebecca instead of walking up to the crying little 12 year old child, she decided to beat her two older daughter’s asses instead. Her two older sisters didn’t expect her mother would literally beat their ass, with her fists to show that no one curses in front of Diana. Rebecca sighed at the fact, she should’ve put a stop to it from the onset since it was pretty mean to call Diana a shorty.[/color]

Rebecca picked up her daughter Diana after the two meanies went to their room. However, Gavin got home from being at the bakery and wondered what happened. Rebecca told Gavin what was happening in the home and had to put Astra and Susan in their place. However, at least her son knows to play with Diana and keep her safe. Gavin was a bit shocked that Astra and Susan was jealous of Diana and cursed at her. However, he was grateful his wife did the beating since he would’ve been arrested if he done it. He gets Diana from Rebecca’s arms and hug her gently and tell her it’ll be alright from everything that had happened. Diana definitely believed her father, she was a bit scared of her mother since she is hella strong.

However, time passes, and she was thrust into the war by the Federation. Because of certain reasons, one of them was her super patriotic nature, which got her in trouble. And the Federation needed conscripts. Diana was a conscript during her 17th birthday, since they recruited her. Her parents were a bit heartbroken that their super spoiled child was now apart of the military now. She had a hard time in boot camp with the Armed Forces of the Atlantic Federation, in Edinburgh. It was mostly because her hardheadedness that she got from her parents and her lack of tact most of the time and had to get punished three times until she learned not to yell at superior officers.

She was highly proud to be in the military, even though she was slightly terrified at the same time. And she’ll have to survive the war to stay alive, since her mother was a bit more heartbroken but her sisters were happy she was gone though. She went to the battlefield with pretty bad terms with her two older sisters, Astra and Susan. She did want to protect her family and childhood friend from the Empire.

Diana apologized to him for coming on a bit strong, which was a highly dumb thing to do. She is still taken aback in how human he is, even though she feels sorry for him since she can see that he's still hurting for some odd reason. But she hopes that he would stop pitying himself and become strong so he can see them through this war as a whole. She likes him for who he is, and wished she could start over with their friendship and tell him truly that everyone gets off on the wrong foot. However, it's pretty unlikely that's going to get through Jean since he's a pretty selfless person and trying to be a Corporal is hard. She did congratulate him on becoming a Corporal. In a sense, she wants to tell him more praise type of things but hasn't really figured out how to say it yet. However, she was utterly blown away when Jean outright admitted to having a crush on Reyna, Kalisa and her all at once. He showed her that he's being more assertive in his role of being a Corporal by outright telling her and Luke off. She outright told him that she's definitely sorry for making Luke explode since she had no idea about Luke's mother being dead.

[u]Kalisa Larsen[/u]
She's not really jealous of Kalisa anymore. However, Kalisa is such a tease nonetheless, at least they could be good friends nonetheless. However, she still feels in her heart and heritage of being a Vastergoth family member that all Darscens should be treated as equals. No more pain for Darscens as long as the Vastergoth name lives on.

[u]Reyna Hall[/u]
She's no longer really jealous of Reyna anymore. It's pretty much obvious she enjoys her sweetness and kindness in her voice. In the case, she really enjoys the tea, which Reyna made at the White Hart Inn. It reminds her of home just without watching her mother drink alcohol in front of her, which she was kinda forced to drink awful Edinburghian tea. It's pretty obvious she wants to know how to make the tea, which Reyna made just so she can sell it in her family's bakery. She kinda embarrassed herself by starring at Reyna while they danced for a bit but that was before the most awful day in history happened to their squad.

[u]Middleton[/u]
She's outright afraid of this guy's authority and his disrespect towards her squadmates, which are Darscens. However, she's not dumb enough to give him a piece of her mind since... he would probably kill her for talking to him. She still hates him, however, his concern for Lucia made her go, what the hell? And question if he is underlying a nice guy.

[u]Daniel Blazek[/u]
She kinda doesn't like Daniel that much but realizes, she shouldn't hate one of her own squadmates. Even though the entirety of his yelling at her. Kinda stung her deep in her heart but her parents did teach her that everyone has a dark part to their personality. She doesn't understand why he stays away from the female platoon mates, which she wants to ask him but hasn't gotten enough courage to do so.

[u]Franz Blau[/u]
She was heartbroken, when he reported that the Candy Lady was killed in action. It stung her deeper than what Daniel had said to her before the Artillery Strike. Because she'll be the last person to ever get a piece of candy from her. She saw the look in Franz's eyes and felt sorry for him and wished she could've done something more than just cry constantly. Franz is definitely an interesting person since he talked to a new person, which is called Ines' about cigarettes and was a bit confused in what was going on. She smiled because it's always nice when new people are introduced.

[u]Isaac Black[/u]
She sees him as a kind and caring individual, which cares for everyone within the Platoon. She respects him, even though she can be a bit hardheaded in her beliefs. Though she only knows his first name, however. She noticed a change in Isaac, when he came down to get something to eat, however, she doesn't really know what happened. Kinda would be nice to ask that to him one of these days. It will be better to watch him be a good back up NCO to Jean, which needs all the help he can get. Isaac came up with a nickname for Middleton by the name of Captain Grumpus, which is definitely stuck with her since it makes the most sense. He taught her the basics of playing cards, it's much to take in since she's not really good with it.

[u]Michael Daunte[/u]
She got on off on the wrong foot with Michael. Since she thought he was a child on a battlefield, but his voice showed he was definitely much older than he looks. Never judge a book by its cover. And she judged a bit harshly. At least she did say sorry to him about that. Her first impression is probably horrible in his eyes. She's pretty much happy that Michael & Lucia is couple in her mind. He's a staunch Cruxian Believer, which makes her happy that people have their own religions. She's not really fussed in religions since she's a staunch atheist that only wants the betterment of all Darscens. It would be nice to talk to Michael some more, just to see where he lies on issues of things alike Darscens. In terms of everything, Michael confused her a bit easily with all his big words but he did say don't give up hope. That is definitely going to stick with her, and that he outright hates Richard Averring Donster since that man is a bastard and is going to marry her elder sister Astra. He definitely shows that all rich people aren't alike the Donster Family.

[u]Luke Godfrey[/u]
Her first impressions of him weren't very good since he pissed off Jean, Ines and her because of his comment about Darscens. She jabbed at him, with a very good burn about going back into his mother's womb, which she got from her mother specifically but she definitely felt like a bit of a really mean thing to say. And that was after the fact he was knocked to the ground by Ines. In retrospective, which she shouldn't have apologized to him. He was jabbing at her height by using many different short jokes at her expense, which were utterly pissing her off. It's something of a corundum how he can live with being an asshole, which she doesn't get at all. She praised him to win against some Imperial bastards in a drinking competition, because she was expressing herself against her own sisters for being cunts more or less. He did win, which was amazing but he fell on the ground afterwards. Then he challenged her and Victoria to a Drinking Competition, which he lost first. However, she decided to throw in the towel before she would be like him, since she doesn't have that strong of a fortitude against alcohol. She woke his ass up with water, however, you could say that was a bit of a thing. 

It was because of this reason, she wasn't so impressed and pretty embarrassed with Luke Godfrey. He wasn't a good kisser, but the punishments they had to do weren't as bad as it could have been. Luke was the first boy she kissed like ever, which kinda made her a bit... hard pressed in what to say to Luke. It was obvious she didn't want to outright say anything to him, she was more focused on other things. Afterwards, in the morning of the next day she woke up with a hangover and caused a morale detrimental thing ala, by asking Luke if do [i]you miss your mother?[/i] However, that caused the worst reaction she had seen from someone he yelled, screamed and outburst that his mother was dead. She didn't know that was the case, however, this caused her to cry much. It was a bit weird at seeing him stare at her with a shocked look on his face, which caused him to walk outside in frustration. He wanted to apologize to her, didn't know how to apologize to her but the entire situation was a bit much. It did help that they were more or less told off by Jean to [i]calm the fuck down[/i] with a bit of position at being a Corporal. She didn't want what he yelled angrily at her to become true since she enjoys everyone in her squad even though some people can be a bit of a prick. At least he isn't Richard Averring Donster, which caused her to be reminded of what that guy did to her.

[u]Lucia Farris[/u]
She thinks Lucia is a sweet little angel. Even though she can't help but feel like Lucia is going to surprise her with something one of these days, while in EW1. However, its nice that her and Michael are together in her mind at least since they are super sweet together. The best match made in heaven or whatever a religious person would say, since Michael is a Cruxian. She always is awe at how she is compared to other people she knows, specifically her older sisters Astra and Susan that is. In everything, she doesn't want to see Lucia hurt because she's too sweet for her own good.

[u]Inès Levesque[/u]
Her first impression of Inès is pretty much a person who dislikes authority figures for some odd reason. It's mostly how she introduced herself to the squad specifically to Jean. However, with her addition she finally realized after all this time her childhood friend Anna is a Darscen. She's happier around anyone who's a Darscen, which is how her family raised her to be. The Vastergoth's 500 years of helping the Darscens from the evils of the Donster Family is definitely a unique thing. Her Franican accent is a bit thicker than Jean's. She enjoyed when she smacked Luke on the Face, that's like the one thing she enjoys and can't wait to see it again from the Francian Shocktrooper. She did smell a weirdly unique alcohol on Ines' lips and wanted to know what it was but didn't really get an answer since she didn't know exactly. It was Red Wine, however, she was told by her mother to never drink it for some odd reason.

[u]Victoria White[/u]
Her first impressions of Victoria is induced of terror since she outright talked about her squad getting obliterated by the Metal Mechanical Monster that the Imperials were using. She was the only squad member that was left alive and they met in the White Hart Inn. Diana was a bit annoyed or otherwise, and was kinda bitching about her elder sisters being cunts, which she did see the odd look on Victoria's face. However, then a Drinking Competition between Luke, Victoria and her happened. It was a bit of a terrible mistake since she was a lightweight compared to Luke & Victoria combined. However, Luke was already hammered, which made him lose first, then she threw in the towel by giving up and stripping herself only after six drinks. She noticed Victoria's eyes staring at her and couldn't help but be a bit off putted about her. However, she did call Victoria, Mistress after she woke up sir Godfrey off of the ground so they can get on with the punishments.

Afterwards, Victoria came up to her from behind and put her head on her shoulders and asked her to go to her room and get naked. Victoria asked a question that kinda went over her head, and went for the response of do you want Luke up there because I don't type of deal. Because he was a pussy, when he kissed me. She kinda blurted out that she kissed a girl in her hometown by the name of Anna. Victoria's response was a bit awe inducing. Victoria and Diana shared a bed together, which caused Diana to cry when she called her beautiful since no one called her that like ever. However, she did see Victoria's pendant necklace of her daughter. She did know that Victoria saw her pendant necklace on her but it was a very nice pendant necklace that only accidentally opened almost as much as Victoria's pendant necklace, to show her mother Rebecca on the Left side and her father on the Right side of the pendant necklace she wears. It was a lovely experience even though the next morning she woke with a blinder of a hangover and it definitely hurt. She saw Victoria go outside to chase down Luke after his outburst but she was too depressed or wanting to talk to Luke and allowed Victoria do the job of talking to him.[/color]
