He is determine to protect everyone that he holds dear in his life, and will stop at nothing to ensure peace is returned to the world.[/i][/indent][/indent]

Sometimes out of boredom, he will swing his sword around, but don't worry, he is trained and knows what he's doing with it.[/i][/indent][/indent]

He and his brother were fairly close when they were a lot younger, which made things when they became adults a lot harder on them. Ryuu joined the Earth Kingdom army the instant he was able to, preferring to protect those he cared about, but he discovered that his brother was allied with the Fire Nation, and left their home in order to work with the Fire Nation more closely. This incident tore him and his brother apart, and Ryuu wishes that things were different with Sora.[/i][/indent][/indent]

However, there was one instance where he was caught in a lie, and had his neck cut open. If it weren't for a nearby family willing to help him, he would have bled out and died right there.[/i][/indent][/indent]
