I want to bring back the key elements of evil in Gotham. Picture centuries after Our notorious villans either die ir retire and their offspring carry on in their predecessor's offspring. ( Note im using a Joker x Harley offspring, charcters can have the dame parents but there is a max of three children per couple.) Your character gets detained by the authorities and gets transported to Arkhmam, that is is you character isnt alrwady working there. Not inly can you be Ic Villans and Arkham staff. You can be OC heros too. I hope we can get this going.
