She let Mis hug her for as long as she wanted, relaxing a bit in the woman's protective embrace. At times like this Ceri almost thought she was safe, but such thoughts were quickly drowned out by everything else.

Why was it always so difficult interacting with people? Pausing her enjoyment of the strawberries, Ceri fidgeted, pressing her fingers together as she cast a few glances to Mis.
