[indent]Due to the immense popularity of the [b]National Football League[/b], the expansion and competition of a spiritual successor to the American Football League was inevitable. Say hello to the PFL--[b]Professional Football League[/b]. Starting small, with room to grow, the PFL will focus on smaller markets and underutilized geographies where love for the game is large but team presence is non-existent. Here is where you come in, as the general manager you'll build the facilities, hire the coaching staff and help shape a team to win the Sister of the Super Bowl, the [b]MegaBowl[/b]. Among these facets: coaching, the draft, team philosophy, marketing and finances.

Given years of polling, eight new cities have been decided to host new PFL football teams. These teams have no identity, and in a rare--once in a lifetime opportunity--the PFL has decided to allow any team owner to create their own team, their own mascot, their own logo, their own identity. Divided into two conferences, [b]Professional Conference North[/b] (PCN) and [b]Professional Conference South[/b] (PCS), the following cities have been identified as ripe for expansion:

[indent][b]1st Week of March, 2018[/b]
The season has officially begun for the [b]Professional Football League[/b]. The salary caps have been announced at [b][u]$125,000,000[/u][/b]. Every team has that amount they are free to spend on [b]Players[/b] and [b]Coaches[/b]. Additionally, each owner has started with [u][b]$300,000,000[/b][/u] in their own personal accounts to spend on [b]Facilities, Marketing, Health[/b] and [b]Scouting[/b].

The first four weeks of the Season (Weeks 1-4 of March) are reserved for [b]Hiring Coaches[/b]. Each team must hire a [b]Head Coach[/b], [b]Offensive Coordinator[/b] and [b]Defensive Coordinator[/b]. These will determine the overall philosophies of the team, the offensive and defensive mindsets of the game at hand.

Every [b]General Manager[/b] has [b]2 Actions[/b] per Week. For this Week, the only actions available are:
- [b]Offer[/b]: Select a coach and offer them [Amount of Money] per year on a [1-5 Year] contract.
* [i]Example[/i]: [b]Mexico City Federales[/b] offer John Smith $4,500,000 on a 4 Year Contract.

- [b]Counteroffer[/b]: If an offer is rejected, a new one may be made. This can only be taken once and if it is rejected, the team and coach will not come to terms.

If multiple teams make offers, you will be alerted if your Offer is the [b]Leading Offer[/b].
If your offer remains as the [b]Leading Offer[/b] for 2 Weeks, they will sign.[/indent]
