So here's what I have of the empire (now Magocracy) I'm making up 

Please note, this is a rough draft.

Kingdom Name: The Dhaerain Magocracy.

Capital City: Gahleo (pronounced Gah-layo). The capital city and seat of power for the Dhaerain Magocracy. It is a giant circular city with buildings made of pure white marble and streets made of polished stone, that sits atop the floating Isle of Phavos.

The city itself is divided into twelve districts, each of which are overseen by a Lord selected and Council approved Praefectus. Each Praefectus governs his or her specified district according to the wishes of the Lord that appointed them. If a Praefectus is negligent in his/her duties, convicted of a crime, or becomes incapable of effectively governing, they will be removed from their position and replaced by someone else over the course of a four week period.

Sidenotes.
*A Praefectus who has been removed from his/her position due to negligence, can seek another audience with the Council of Lords to request reinstatement. They are given a three day to prove that they are capable of handling the position and its responsibilities again. Should they fail, they will be forbidden from holding the title and rank of Praefectus forever, before being returned to the rank of Citizen.
