For once your cleverness, while close, is just slightly off.

I almost lost my [i]car[/i] to that sudden frost, but it turned out to be a simple fix so no worries there beyond the in-the-moment stress of 'oh god my car doesn't work'. But immediately after that thanksgiving plans got escalated and pushed forward a few days and I had to drop everything and pack and prepare for road trips- today is actually my first morning able to sit down and properly check my computer in several days. The suddenness of it all didn't allow me to really be able to get a warning to y'all in edgewise, and for that I apologize- especially after promising to get that post up.

So lemme just formally declare a short little thanksgiving hiatus, as I will be disposed till after the holiday. But upon my return this weekend expect to see some proper replies being shipped out. I understand if this little stint may have soured things for some of you folks but I'm definitely not disappearing/dropping the roleplay or anything, I just have far too many family members to see in very few days off.
