Hey, a little confused by the goings-on of this so far but I was just curious if the Montgomery team is still available? I see them listed as for sale but see they're also already listed as hiring coaches. I'd definitely be interested in joining and seeing how this goes.

That aside, I'm a little confused about coaches' salaries. Gabriel Thomas got hired on a salary of over $20 million while Bill Belichick and Sean Payton earn $10 and $9 million annually, respectively. Just seems odd, is all.
