Yes, the Albatross will be utilizing fairly high scale potential with their abilities. There will be caveats, such as not being able to use them within Cardinal City; without proper conditions being met. Or requiring a Doll nearby to provide a Suppression Chamber to prevent undue havoc in Cardinal City.

Those examples are two that may be common, once we're underway.

No big deal on posting speed. I'll nudge if it becomes an issue and we'll work on a solution, if possible.
