Madelin: W-we're growing as much grain as we can for now, since we can store it well enough to help us when the colder winter snow limits our options. If we can manage it though we try to fit in groups of herbs and vegetables into the cycles as well.
A-a large part of it is managed by the farmers of course, so once I figure out how to best nurture a plant I add it to the list of potential rotations, often with a bit of priority so that we have the chance to see how useful it is.

A-a lot of this was set up by my predecessors, though I doubt they had tools like this available to them.
