I love me some mecha, and integrated into a fantasy world to boot!

I'm going to start throwing out some ideas to push some boundaries, so please bear with me, I just want to know what's possible and what isn't. We may approach OP Gary Stu levels of power creep, so you have been warned.

1. Can my character actually be an intelligent monster, like a fairy, goblin, etc. What about an undead, for example, a Lich? Potentially disguised as a human.

2. Do elves, dwarves, dark elves or other traditionally sentient races exist, and are they still treated as monsters? You mentioned orc magech, so would a situation where "this magech is powered by the heart of an innocent elven virgin" ever be a thing that happens in this world, and should we stop it?

3. Since Valhalla Corporation accepts all walks of life, does the possibility exist for 'hybrid magech' concepts, combining technologies from the various nations? Even if not at the beginning, would such possibilities be available later in the RP? I'm thinking along the lines of over-the-top 'Season 2' upgrades that many favorite mecha anime tend to have. For example, I'm really liking the Westeria 'Lovers' magech concept, but would really like to turn it into a monster magech with two monster hearts.
