You're getting ahead of me actually. So, 
1) as for intelligent monster pilot. It is within reason for this. I'd like to see what you come up with here, before saying completely yay or nay. 

2)Classical sentient races are not yet a thing. Orcs are currently considered Bigger tougher Goblins. You'll need to wait a season for this. The closest thing was the Valkyr who were human in appearance but with monstrous strength, agility, etc. (Fairies do split into types such as Caits, Sidhes, Pucca, Fairy, Naiad, Dryad, Leprechaun, Gnome, Salamander, Spriggan, etc)

3)Hybrid Mecha are welcomed, and will be a major point later in the RP. Again, depending on what you choose to go with, I may be willing to allow it. I do like the idea who have for the lovers hybrid, so I can work with it.

So basically Yes within reason, No but maybe for season 2, and yes within reason.
