[@Kitty] how do we feel about the idea that other races do exist in large numbers but not in this region? Like there’s a whole continent of elves that just hasn’t been discovered yet, and any elves that are in this kingdom would either be immigrants or the descendants of them. 

I’m trying to decide if this character, Danath, should be a Halfling (a hobbit-like diminutive person, also potentially called a Pygmy or something similar), or if I should just make him a human like everyone else. If he’s a human, he’ll be like 4’11”-5’3”, if he’s a different race he’ll be like 3 and a half foot tall and easily mistaken for a child or a human adult with some form of dwarfism. I really enjoy small characters, especially when they don’t allow their small stature to prevent them from taking on big, lofty goals, and I’ve kinda taken that idea to the extreme with this one. “Small man, big ambition” is basically his character summed up in a phrase.
