[@Mangrale] Hmm... indeed. No 'Steal' skills. It was removed from most recent games, I think. It's even less in Fates because the Thief class does not exist in Fates: It's either Outlaw (Bow) with Lockpick or Ninja with Lockpick. 

As it turns out I happen to really like The class Thief. Since you can customize your Personal Skill, I would allow you to create a Personal Skill 'Steal' that I will review when you character is created. :)
