[hider=Saving the Princess] He was not thrilled that he had been chosen to represent the mages' guild. He didn't believe that it was because he was the closest match to the king's prophecy. Prophecies tended to be filled with riddles that could be interpreted any number of ways. He stormed through the castle ignoring the morons who scurried out of his way. He knew mage were feared by many. A few bad mages had given all magic users a bad reputation. Not that he cared. He preferred to interact with people as little as possible. Eventually he reached the throne room. He stormed up to the throne not bothering to look around. He wouldn't be here long. The one good thing about being chosen was that he would be allowed to leave the kingdom. It would be to complete the prophecy which wasn't ideal but he would take whatever escape he could get.[/hider]
