Tentative interest here. Will admit, the most recent update of the OP has thrown off my idea to create a more savage "Robin Hood and the Merry Men" now that the Woodsmen are in the picture, and since there appears to be only one forest to inhabit. I do have a few random questions to toss out: what is the nature of alchemy in this world (if it exists at all)? Would they have access to things such as elixirs and potent chemicals like alchemist/Greek fire? On a different note, what is the nature of the cities under King Willem's reign? Are they a slightly more urbanized fantasy city, in which there are houses and the like within city walls with public marketplaces? Would be lying if I said I wasn't considering establishing a Thieves' Guild of sorts. The final questions I have regard the geography of the world itself. Is it mostly plains and farmland, with the exception of the mountains and deserts? How well populated is this land? Would there be a possibility for a nomadic peoples in the plains-like environment to have existed without being completely wiped out? Just trying to get a good feel and idea for what kind of world we are dealing with before I dive headfirst into creating a character. [@Kitty] [@Aerandir]
