[@CaptainSully] For them to inflict their status effects, they require... 3 Limit Points for Fire Bolt, and 5 for Rain of Fire. Also regarding 2nd class skill, the defense buff only comes into play while wearing any kind of armor, so do keep that in mind. Otherwise looks good.
