[@Todd Howard] I think Absolute Territory is supposed to be a kind of area denial attack, rather than something that wraps up the opponent; something that pushes back the opponent or hits everything in a certain range to create space around Bancho Lilimon. Or at least that's what I'd do for it. Something like flailing the yoyo around herself fast enough that it creates a kind of cage of vines?

It's hard to tell what it's supposed to be really. The only places I've seen that phrase used is in Neon Genesis Evangelion (translated as [url=http://evangelion.wikia.com/wiki/Absolute_Terror_Field]Absolute Terror Field[/url] in English) and in Japanese slang as a term for the area of [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zettai_ry%C5%8Diki]exposed skin between a woman's skirt/shorts and her stockings/boots[/url], which isn't a part of Bancho Lilimon's design oddly enough.
