As such, she is often seeking challenges and ways to improve herself, and likes to fight the good fight against strong opponents. She often neglects to think this causes more collateral damage that it should, however. She is fast to make friends and enjoy the finer pleasures of life, like hotpots and drinking. One could think this makes a poor investigator, however Yuki has the honed senses of a martial artist and an uncanny capacity to detect those who aren't human by the gait and body language they do have. Bloodlust in their ki, as she would say (but not file in the reports). Kumadora likes tetchy, delicate and cute things, and her strength is a bane dealing with them as she frequently breaks them down.
Background
Kumadora was born in the northernmost large isle of Japan, Hokkaido, in a small secluded village. Being the eldest of a family of martial artists, she picked up the family tradition of forging one's mind and soul with martial arts. The Kumadora family was one of two families who practised the martial arts, the other one being the Kobayashi family. Yuki had no small amount of frustration about their rivals, as no matter how hard she trained, she would more than often be defeated by the Kobayashi. Just like the rest of her family, they had been always the second fiddle on a small village, earning ridicule and scorn. It was then, when she was 17, than the proverbial can of worms was opened. Turns out that the very Kobayashi had been Ghouls, rather than humans, as a exceptional subjugation taskforce coordinated by the Tokyo CCG mowed them down (with no small amount of effort) and exposed their misdeeds. The world of Yuki was turned upside down. She found out that what she thought as being actually weak was exceptionally strong (only one in ten million people have enough strength to match a ghoul in close combat), and that normal people did not spar with their pet bears. The CCG, of course took notice of the situation, and after a screening that demonstrated they were humans (albeit with a high RC count), Yuki was offered a promising position as CCG cadet. She initially refused to the call, preferring to hone her mind and body in her lovely Hokkaido landscape, but nothing ever lasts. Her own mother fell sick to a strange, crippling disease. RC oversecretion was the technical term, and that the medicine for it was not exactly cheap... and the CCG was stockpiling a lot of it. So she made a deal with the agency. She would help them hunt ghouls, and in return, they would tend to her mother's illness.

[sub]CCG RECOGNITION[/sub]

CCG Investigator Rank
Rank 2 Investigator (promoted from Rank 3)
Quinque
Tsunagi (plain) : The bread and butter Quinque of cadet investigators, a C Rank Bikaku Quinque, that looks like a sword. Cheap and mass produced. Kumadori doesn't rely much on these, as they don't tend to last enough in her hands.
Experience Profile
Inducted as an outlier as Rank 3, Yuki initially struggled with the investigation profiles and procedures that a CCG agent must carry out, to the point the CCG heads of staff considering re-evaluating her aptitude to be a Ghoul Investigator. However, after several outings, Agent Kumadora proved to be able to match a B rank ghoul in strength. and even subdue it by snapping his neck with her bare hands. After the A rank ghoul Bomber fiasco, Agent Kumadora lost mobility on her lower legs as one of the kagune shards crippled her spine as she held out the ghoul with her sheer physical aptitude while waiting for reinforcement to evacuate her senior partner investigator.
Quinx Qualification
Yuki's physical prowess was already matching those of ghouls prior to her injury, but surgery was considered as a way to incorporate her back into the CCG ranks by exploiting the regenerative ghoul qualities found in Quinx implants to allow her to recover mobility on her lower body.

[sub]QUINX PROFILE[/sub]

RC Type
Rinkaku
Kagune
A powerful Kagune extracted from a Ghoul called Gyuuki. True to its namesake, it manifests usually as eight thick, spine covered limbs. Like most Rinraku, they're pretty powerful, but they tend to break easily. They also regenerate fairly quick. The original use could grow them to great lengths, but Yuki can't stretch the Kagune more than meter and half in her situation.
