Though honestly from your profile of Caroline, I don't think Gwen would've had much opportunity to become friends with her at court. So as of right now they're fellow Elianst nobles. Gwen got to know Henry and Henrietta aka the Queen during their journey to the castle and just had more time to interact with them compared to Caroline. Though if you wanna have more drama between Caroline and Gwen, I'm up for that too!
