I think we need a different scenario :l
No breaking out of a facility or something. But rather like the supers are running for their lives? o.o

Like say, first the Supers were put in a town/city to keep them separate from humans, and they stayed like that for years until a new government came into power and decided killing off all the supers was a better plan than separating them.
We can still have sympathizers with that idea too o 3o

or

We could do an idea I've had for a while, but never knew how to execute it. Its basically a World War idea, but instead of countries tossing nukes at each other, they're fighting over the rights of the supers. Pretty much a world wide civil war :l Supers fight with the side that is fighting for their rights

Those are my ideas anyway o 3o
