So, if you were afraid of humans, would that make you a homophobe?”[/sub]

● Name:
Daniel James Carter, prefers DJ
● Age:
Seventeen
● Gender:
Male
● Sexuality:
Unsure
● More In Depth Appearance:
DJ is the kind of guy who doesn’t dress for anyone but himself. His preferred outfit consists of a pair of jeans and a t-shirt with some sort of graphic. For footwear, he usually sticks to sneakers, but he’ll occasionally slip on some Vans or Converse if he feels like it. He keeps his black hair short, as it’s more comfortable for wearing his Patriots ball cap (he doesn’t follow sports, but he likes the hat regardless). At 5 foot 9 and 146 pounds, DJ’s about as average as a boy his age can be.

● Friendly ● Abrasive ● Compassionate ● Impulsive ● ● Personality:
DJ discovered his passion for making people laugh early on in high school. Just tell a few jokes, and suddenly, everyone’s your friend. There’s not a shy bone in his body, so he’s more often than not seen chatting it up with his fellow students and teachers, or even complete strangers. The downside is that many of his jokes come at the expense of others. DJ’s not afraid to speak his mind, and that gets him into trouble pretty often. While he’s generally well-liked by most of the student body, there are a few kids (and teachers) who seem his as, well, an asshole. Regardless, DJ will extend a hand of friendship to just about anyone. If you find yourself accepting said friendship, you’ll soon find that DJ’s “eager to please” personality doesn’t stop at just cheap laughs. He’ll regularly check up on you, ask you about your day and how your life’s going, and try to make sure you go through the school day with a smile. And if you don’t feel like smiling, he’ll understand. He’ll happily shut up for once and listen to whatever you need to get off your chest, and if you’re feeling up to it, he’ll rattle off a pun or two to lighten the mood.
● Quirks:
*DJ can do a spot-on impression of the principal. The principal finds it annoying, but harmless. *DJ isn’t a coward, but he tends to stay away from horror movies and haunted house attractions. He still loves Halloween, though. *DJ learned the default dance from Fortnite to spite his math teacher.
● Hobbies:
Video games, band practice, Twitter, DnD
● Likes & Dislikes:
+Puns +Memes +His friends +Video Games +Making people smile -Math homework -Douchebags -Pineapple on pizza -Horror movies -Formal wear

● Family Members:
*Mother, Theresa Carter, 43 *Brother, Maxwell Carter, 13
● Biography:
DJ was born to Theresa and Robert Carter on a cold night in February. His childhood was uneventful up until about 6 months after the birth of his younger brother, Max. A drunk driver had struck his father’s car, killing him and the driver on impact. Since then, life had felt a little empty for DJ, even when he attempted to fill it by surrounding himself with friends. Despite the emptiness inside him, DJ resolved to keep a smile on his face as much as possible, as his father told him at a young age that “smiles are free, and they make everyone happy.”
● Theme Song:
Word Crimes by Weird Al Yankovic [sub]I hate these word crimes Like “I could care less” That means you do care At least a little[/sub]
