Penelope leaned into him as he wrapped his arm around her shoulders. She was glad he didn't seem to hold a grudge against her for her mistake and his words relieved her of some of the guilt she felt. After this experience, she'd be much more careful if anything like the raid ever came up again. She doubted it would but the least she could do at the moment was continue to ignore Gavin's constant accusations against the thief. The knight hoped they'd die down soon so he could focus on the real enemy. "Alright." she agreed softly with a small nod as she wrapped one arm around his middle. Penelope paused before giving him a small smirk of amusement. "Though speaking of the past, I think this is more a taste of that than the future.. Three knights, a thief and a dangerous mission. It's all too familiar to me." she gave a small chuckle. Remembering how concerned he had been the night before, her smile wavered slightly. They might have gotten through a castle before, but the mission had ended in failure rather than success. She hoped that this one wouldn't have any sort of similar outcome. Thinking about, she felt her own concerns grow slightly. Focusing her gaze back ahead, Penelope glanced over their surroundings, she began to recognize the area a bit more. It looked a little different in daylight. The small homes looked even more run down now that they weren't heavy with shadows under the moonlight. "I'm guessing you stored all your stuff at the house huh?" she asked him, glancing ahead towards his old home.
