This WILL be updated as time goes on, but for now, we're posting up the OOC so that people can get started on their applications. Lore will be posted as well, though it will be very general things. Anything specific that you're not 100% sure on should absolutely be asked via this thread, or via PM, at me or Pyro. We'll be more than happy to explain it to the finest detail needed. We'll have plenty of expanding lore and possible things, and we'll always be uploading new info as we create it, though at a slower rate than something physically requested to be explained. Race descriptions will come soon, and remember, in this world, MANY things are possible. Magic is a very strong governing force, and there are many things simply impossible in the real world that can be explained with some form of magic or the other. Feel free to be creative! We'll step in if it's clearly too abstract/powerful but other than that, we completely encourage you to develop something great within this strange world of ours! Below, you'll find the application forms for both races (sentient), and Nations. Post 'em here, and we'll judge them, help you correct any possible mistakes, ect ect. If you have any questions, feel free to ask, we are more than happy to help.
In the beginning, there was only chaos. In the chaos, raged the Primordials. Zehrn, the Dragon of Creation; Akbal, the Dragon of Destruction; Leokul, the Dragon of Order; and Kharne, the Dragon of Chaos. Zehrn and Leokul wished to create a world amidst the chaos, to cultivate life and order. The Dragon Akbal supported the plan, as nothing could end if there was no beginning. But Kharne would not allow his perfect chaos to be shattered, marred by their work. The mightiest of the Primordials, Kharne fought his brothers tooth and nail, his power over the writhing abyss around them eating away at the others. The Primordials fought with all they had, but it was not enough to defeat the chaos. Slowly, they continued to lose ground, growing closer and closer to defeat and death. So, Zehrn, the youngest of the Four, appealed to the only force that could stop Kharne's rampage. He sought out the Father. The Father, the Lord of Time and Space, had been watching his children battle for eons. Many futures he saw, many of them all leading to one point: Death of three, the Four becoming One. When his child came to him, he finally felt that there was no other choice. Out he went into the chaotic abyss, untouched and unbothered by the seething rage of Kharne. Kharne was near victory, his brothers nearly vanquished. But, the Father would not allow the Four to become any less. Even if it meant that they must be separated. Kharne was sealed in a prison made of his own power, and cast off into the abyss to forever roam, away from his brothers, where he could enjoy his chaos by himself. The Father then set the foundation for the world, but soon after, Zehrn and Leokul took over the creation, making the world their own. Akbal merely sat back and waited, biding his time to sow the seeds of destruction in the world. When the world was complete, it was barren and lifeless, unchanging and idle. So, Zehrn graced it with his presence, and so nature was birthed. Soon followed the beasts. And later, the first of the races were made, little more than animals, until Leokul gave them knowledge. And so, the stage was set for the rise of the races, and the beginning of empires. It has been eons since those days. Leokul, Akbal, and even Zehrn have not been seen amongst mortals for ages. Some believe they ascended to another plane; others, that they simply faded with time; and the more hopeful believe they are slumbering, waiting to be woken by the true followers. In their place, new gods have risen. Among them, Sanguine, the Queen of Hell, and Tiej, the King of Heaven. The pair have been warring for ages, using the mortal plane as their battefield, the mortals seduced by promises of rewards by both gods. Other gods battled for dominance as well, though whether people knew of them or not was another story. This is the land you live in, one controlled by the whims of mortals and the promises of gods. Can you make the most of the life you have been given? Or will you merely succumb to the horrors that lurk in the world?

Nation Name: Nation Age: Main Race: Population: Culture: Religion: Description: History: Leader: Region (Mark an area on the map provided): Economic Stability: Economic Basis (What makes your money?): Other (This would be where you put distinguishing factors.):

Name: Perks: Negatives: History:

Map does not belong to us, and we will never take credit for its design, only the cropping. As an example sheet, I'll post up my own 'nation' as an example to others.
Nation Name: Norgarrum Mining Co. Nation Age: 3 Years Main Race: Human Population: 10,000 Culture: Diverse Religion: Diverse Description: Norgarrum Mining Co. is a company established in a mountain with veins of gold expanding deep into the earth. Now, it accounts for a good potion of the gold for the entire region. The military is rather simple, being mostly guards and the such, to protect the single city-like place established, and the mines that they control. It holds no ability to invade others, though people have often spoken rumors about their leader, and how things tend to go his way in any negotiations. People also question his religion, as he attends none of the temples and churches established within. The culture and religion of the area itself is very diverse, anyone accepted as long as they're willing to accept the same, and to work. Hard. Pay is good, considering they literally mine gold, nearly 70% of it now being refined into their own currency and spread among the populace, establishing an economy to import anything needed. History: The company was established after a large amount of gold ore was discovered in one of the mountains, Cerrox following an expedition into the caves to slay a young dragon, before it grew into something far more powerful. While fighting, a blast of fire melted away some of the stone inside the caves, revealing long stretching veins of beautiful, untapped gold. Clearly, the dragon had sensed the precious metals, arriving because of it. Regardless, afterward, it was determined by the group consensus that the gold would be sold for the profit of all, along with the great reward for slaying a dragon split between them all, complete with the scales and bones of such a beast. In their sleep, Cerrox slit their throats, one by one, completely out of both greed, and devotion to his own god. She demanded blood, that no action he did could be for anyone but her or himself. He declared them dead from the battle with the dragon, offering its severed head as proof of his deed. The funds gained from such an event was more than capable of opening up a mine to exploit the great veins of gold. The dragon bones and scales disappeared, and instead, Cerrox was seen with a brand new suit of black armor, along with an extremely well crafted sword at his side, clearly made from a bone from the beast. Within the past year, adventuring out into an ancient tomb. secrets were discovered. No one knows exactly what he found inside the tomb, but it is known that weeks later, a small group of large golems, melded from stone and enchanted with a magic that feel wrong to anyone well attuned to mana. Very recently, the company has expanded to another mountain, discovered to have veins of iron within, and another mountain is in their sights, on the other side. Leader: This will be updated in later, a link posted to it once Pyro gets off his ass and posts up his own RP. Region (Mark an area on the map provided): Economic Stability: Very stable, no sign of decreasing in the foreseeable future. Economic Basis (What makes your money?): The faction is dependent on mining entirely, the profits from the gold and iron going into importing food and timber. Efforts are being made to establish farms, but for the moment, most of the food is imported. Other (This would be where you put distinguishing factors.): Possesses the ability to create golems through an unknown means, completely a secret to all but the leader and a very select few individuals. Is not an actual kingdom, but rather a faction intended to mine and create a profit instead. Their leader is often away on some adventure or other business, someone left in charge in the event that leadership is needed immediately.
