It wasn't hard to find. They advertised themselves quite clearly. Good, bad-guys. Damien chuckled to himself and said aloud, "What a joke. They are actually trying to make themselves look like they are for the people. We're not falling for it." He took a long drag of his cigarette in front of the Rocker HQ. The Rockers had bounced back quite nicely after their disastrous meeting with the Protectorate. Creep had made sure of that. A fact that disgruntled Swarm. However, due to recent circumstances their original plan of destroying the Rockers was indefinitely on hold. They had much more pressing things to worry about...

Affliction's Home Damien knocked on the door for a few minutes until he was almost banging against it. In one swift motion, he kicked it open. Stepping inside, the meatspace was something to behold. Disgusting panoramas of flesh covered everything. Affliction wasn't kidding when he described his power's capabilities. Every piece of furniture was covered in nasty parasitic flesh. Swarm was hesitant to touch anything. Then he called out, "AFFLICTION! WE'RE HERE!" ....no response. Swarm walked further in, careful not to touch anything. He entered Affliction's room with caution. Not sure what would happen next. He had the vial somewhere around here... Next to a computer monitor lay two bodies. One was Hemoglobin covered in the parasitic flesh with two knives sticking him. The other was Affliction himself, clutching his heart. Swarm nudged the bodies with his shoe. Probing for signs of life. "You alright?" Silence. Swarm looked down at them for some time before sighing, "Did you really go and off each other just like that?" He turned to look at the computer monitor. Perhaps the only object in the house not covered in flesh. Swarm put his gloves on and moved the mouse. On the screen was the program Skype. Within the last hour there had been a single call received from the username MB. The messages that plastered the wall ranged from very personal information and the most demeaning, profane-ridden language Swarm had ever seen. It would put any 12 year old online troll to shame. As he continued to read the wall, he came to messages about the two regarding one another. And it was nothing good. That's when the call began. "They killed each other. But why? They got along as well as any freaks we've known." "Who cares? We need to find that vial! It's ours now." Swarm began rummaging through the pockets of Affliction until he came to the precious coveted vial. One lucky, or unlucky individual would have the opportunity to gain power, and do as they said. Swarm looked down one last time at the former team known as Reflections and stated, "We'll find who did this. Someone this strong shouldn't be left alone." He reached down and plucked the two knives from Hemogoblin. Perhaps those infected knives may still be of use. As he left the house he thought, "Now, who would be a good candidate for this?"

With Reflections out of the picture, Swarm was looking for some new allies. Fortunately, they had found a viable canidate for the vial. That individual stood next to Swarm, they were partners of sorts. They didnt need to be friends to work together. No man was an island, even one with many personas. The Rockers would expect an attack by Swarm, but they would not expect to be met with his partner. But was attacking them what he really wanted? Affliction's tainted blades were sheathed safely in Swarm's belt. Ready for action at any time. Many small tungsten steel balls filled an attachment as well. Perfect for throwing with telekinesis. In a backpack was his mask, to don in a moment's notice. They were ready this time for anything. But the question was, what was their goal in the first place? The duo stepped toward the door of the HQ and entered. To anybody inside they just looked like normal civillians. Surprise was on their side.
