Her anger leads her to be vengeful and she is quite calculating. Although she appears to be currently sane, her mental stability is still questionable. Wanda has undergone mental breakdowns, episodes of mental illness, and severe suicidal depression relating to her powers and personal traumas.

History
Wanda Maximoff was born in 1999 in a small village in the European country of Serbia. She was the girl of the household and was expected to learn to cook and clean, despite wanting to spend time out in the woods exploring. She never knew her mother - she had died shortly after Wanda and her twin brother were born - and was instead raised by her aunt and uncle. Her father was never spoken of but it didn't bother her. She didn't need another male telling her what to do. It was when she was around 10 years old that her brother had discovered his powers, and Wanda discovered her own, and things got a bit strange. Weird things kept happening, and just 2 years later, tragedy struck and the people of their hometown tried to burn herat the stake, calling her a witch. Her brother raced the two of them out of there and away, having them live on their own. That is, until their father found them. Magneto found his children and took them with him over to the United States, New York to be exact, and started having them work with him in the Brotherhood of Mutants. When Pietro was 20 though, the incident at the Hanson Power Plant had him leave his family behind in order to join the X-Men. He helped the team stop his father's plan to wipe out humanity, and ended up in a relationship with Guinevere Stark. He abandoned his twin sister. Wanda continued with the Brotherhood in anger and rage, quietly keeping tabs on her brother from afar in case he ever did come to apologize. She then had an inclination that he needed her help during the OMEN incident. She arrived with her father to help. During the ensuing battle, his Future Self died and Wanda snapped, losing it. She gave him a pet turtle, Mr. Dibbles, in hopes that the creature would keep an eye on him - and that perhaps she might mend things with her brother before it was too late.

Powers

Psionics: She has an array of psionic powers, which manifest in the form of reddish, glowing energy currents and mist-like shapes. Maria Hill described her powers as a "neuro-electric interface" and called her "weird" because of them. When using her power, her irises sometimes glow a dark, reddish color, especially when using her telepathic abilities.
Psionic Energy Manipulation: Maximoff can project energy blasts, streams, waves and bolts of her own psionic and telekinetic energy, allowing her to hit, push/pull or blow away her targets, potentially exerting enough force to destroy them. This energy manifests in any shape or form, outlining her telekinetic spheres of influence, as the energy is visible in a reddish color. When her energy hits a target, she can use her telekinesis to inflict further damage.
Telekinesis: Maximoff has the ability to move, levitate and otherwise manipulate objects using her psionic energy. She uses this energy to affect and control molecules and particles, allowing her to fully control matter and energy, as well as physical forces (such as kinetic energy, friction, pressure, etc).
Telepathy: Maximoff can read minds, communicate telepathically, and experience the memories and thoughts of others. She can also project her own thoughts through the neuro-electric interface that is basis for her telepathy. This power can be hypnotic in nature.
Mental Manipulation: Maximoff was able to deploy a form of mental manipulation, often as a type of illusory hypnosis, using the same neuro-electric interface that is the basis of her telepathic powers
Fear Manipulation: With her power to manipulate the mind, Maximoff often used it in order to elicit fear or emotional pain in a person in the form of nightmarish hallucinations that could stun and weaken even an individual as powerful as Thor. These visions can depict things that a person fears, regrets, or general disturbances, though the nature of it is not up to Wanda. She does seem to be able to know what her victim is seeing and be inside the vision with them without them being aware of her presence.
Hex Bolts: Initially, Wanda had the ability to manipulate probability via her "hexes" (often manifesting physically as "hex spheres" or "hex bolts") which manipulated energy fields and matter to varying degrees. These hexes were initially short range, and are limited to her line of sight. Casting a hex would initially require a gesture and concentration on her part, though the gestures are largely a focus for the concentration. Early in her career, her hexes were unconscious, and would be automatically triggered whenever she made a particular gesture, regardless of her intent. These hexes would only manifest as "bad luck", triggering negative effects. She later gained enough control over her powers that they only work when she wants them to, and they are not limited to negative effects. Wanda can use her hexes to cause a wide variety of phenomena.
Psychic Defense: Even when her witchcraft skills first emerged, she was shown to be able to dodge Moondragon’s mental probes. Even when she is unstable, she is still able to resist Doctor Strange and Charles Xavier telepathic attack. Though this defense is pretty inconsistent, it is safe to say that she can resist telepathic attack at a high level.
Chaos Magic Reality Warping
Expert Knowledge of Sorcery: Wanda was trained by Agatha Harkness in witchcraft. Her sorceress training has not given her a set of powers separate from her mutant abilities, but only honed her control over her existing abilities. She has, however, a special affinity for the natural elements and materials that witches utilize in their spells: the four alchemical elements, wood, organic substances, etc.

Magneto

Character Summary
Name: Erik Magnus Lensherr Aliases: Magneto; Henryk Górski Age: 93 (Appears 73) Gender: Male

Appearance
Height: 6'0" Weight: 158 pounds Build: Muscular Eyes: Blue Hair: Silver Skin Tone: Fair Tattoos/Scars/Piercings: Registration Number Tattoo; Dozens of Scars on his Back

Psychology
Dedicated * Hypocritical Personality: Magneto is absolutely devoted to the cause of protecting mutant kind, refusing to let mutants suffer a similar holocaust. Erik will protect his species at any cost, no matter how many human lives must be sacrificed. His devotion to the cause and the fact that what he says about mankind is often true, many mutants have joined him over the years. He will even sacrifice his fellow mutants, if it will serve the cause, such as the pawns of the Brotherhood of Mutants and Mystique. However, despite his devotion, he refuses to put his life on the line unless he had no other choice and was more than willing to sacrifice mutants if it would keep him out of harm's way.

History
Erik Lehnsherr was born to a Jewish family in Germany. In 1944, Erik is forcibly separated from his parents by Nazi SS-troops in German-occupied Poland, specifically at the Auschwitz concentration camp. Under this stress, Lehnsherr's powers began to manifest. Even with four guards pulling him away, he managed to bend open a heavy metal gate separating him from his parents before being knocked unconscious by another guard. In 1949, Erik emigrates to America where he saw the Statue of Liberty for the first time, thinking it to be the herald of America as the land of tolerance and peace. Erik becomes disillusioned with this fictitious image of America and returns to Europe to pursue his goal of hunting down the Nazi that he believed killed his mother. In 1963, Magneto was accused of killing John F. Kennedy and was imprisoned by Trask Industries below the Pentagon's centre court. On Friday, February 4, 1964, a trial was held against Lehnsherr where President Johnson noted in a closed-door meeting with the Warren Commission that their prime suspect - Lehnsherr - was in custody. His private trial began the next week. Recently declassified court records indicate that Lehnsherr could not refute being at Dealey Plaza's grassy knoll but he insisted that he did not assassinate the President. As the court ordered him to prove his mutant abilities, Lehnsherr bent a metal crowbar. It took the court five minutes to settle down. Lehnsherr told the court that he did know who killed the President and that he knows who she is and she is hiding in plain sight. The court found Lehnsherr guilty of first-degree murder and conspiring to assassinate Kennedy. He was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences in a federal correctional facility with no possibility of parole. Throughout the 60's Lehnsherr had destroyed three holding cells until 1971 when Trask Industries built an escape proof cell that kept him imprisoned. He was later recaptured by Canadian government agents and imprisoned in the facility where Experiment X was conducted. In the process of the experiments, his age was reversed slightly, but he managed to escape with Charles Xavier. He returned with a small team and they destroyed the facility, ending the program. This mission inspired him to form the Brotherhood of Mutants, as he parted ways with his friend and warned Charles to not cross him. Ever since, he has been working tirelessly in order to ensure that mutants inherit the Earth - even at the expense of his children, Pietro and Wanda. Of course, he has other children that he hasn't told them about. One of them is a geology major at university. He keeps tabs on all of his offspring...just preferring to watch from a distance and ensure their safety and success.

Powers

Magnetokinesis - Magneto is an immensely powerful mutant, easily one the greatest on the planet. He is capable of generating and manipulating all forms of magnetism to achieve a variety of grandiose and devastating effects.
Ferrokinesis - At a low level, Magneto can effortlessly launch pieces of metal like bullets, alter projectile trajectories of bullets, and even manipulate the standard mechanics of tool. For grander feats, he can easily lift, immobilizing, and crumble giant structures like. His precision with this power also allows him to launch countless projectiles in rapid succession and maintain the structural integrity of his targets. Likewise, he is able to perform several feats at once, despite the amount of concentration required. He can also forcibly extract the metal within a target, though killing a living target on occasion.
Magnetic Flight - Magneto can fly by gliding on the magnetic fields he creates, or by having metal on him and moving with it. Alternatively, he can also draw himself to metal, as he did board a moving train.
Metal Sense - Magneto is able to sense the presence of metals, as they are crucial for the effective use of his powers. Even with Wolverine's impressive stealth skills, Magneto was able to easily detect Wolverine's adamantium skeleton from a great distance away.
Magnetic Shield - Magneto is able to conjure a vast shield of magnetic energy, which the X-Men were unable to penetrate.
Metallic Bonding - Magneto can implant metal to objects or people in mere seconds.

Will add more later
