I thought it was pretty obvious that we wouldn't be roleplaying written tests, and if there were a few, we'd time-skip it, but apparently that's something I have to specify now.

They're probably some form of aptitude tests to see what the students are good at, what they're capable of, how they think, and enables the personnel to get a closer look at their powers.
