The way she's acting right now isn't how she normally acts. Usually she's shy but kind, with only a bit of a temper. Right now she's overcome by the famous McArthur Bloodlust, which she hasn't had the experience to learn to control like her mother has. She's lashing out at anyone she can think of as an enemy, looking for a fight. Eventually she'll either calm down by herself and learn to hold it back, or she'll look for fights so much she'll have to be restrained. There's a reason there aren't many members of the McArthur house right now.
